They have great customer service and their deliveries are on time. No matter what time of the day or night I go and pickup an order, I am treated with professionalism. They will call you if there is a problem or an issue. I remember one time my order was wrong when it was delivered to me and I called them and they told me what to do and I got a free pizza. They seem to have a great working staff and I always enjoy ordering from them whether it be delivery, carry out, or pickup.

I ordered in the app. When I arrived about 20 minutes later; they hadn’t started my order. Roderick told me they were short of staff. He told me it would be 15 minutes before he could prepare my order. I was angry but it wasn’t his fault. I asked for a refund and he apologized. He told me he would remember me and take care of me next time. I said to myself, he’s full of it. I returned and Roderick remembered me and went above and beyond for me. I really appreciated his great customer service. I will continue to patronize this Domino’s thanks to Roderick.

Got a meatzza pizza, had very little meat on it. I’d hate to see a regular pizza, would probably only have 3 or 4 pieces of meat on it. Supposed to have bacon and not 1 piece on it.

Please share this review. Management at this location is sad. Was cussed at by an young man with green dye in his hair that I presume was a shift leader,because I stated I had been waiting at the window over 20 minutes for an order that was placed online. Was told to go to pizza hut if I didn’t like it. There was one person in line and 5 employees visible in the store. This is the second time I’ve waited over 30 minutes for order the last time was a hour. Same young man was on duty then also. He obviously can’t handle a Management role. Cussing customers shouldn’t be tolerated but can’t get a response from the company MHV pizza Co. Would recommend going somewhere else to buy pizza.

Called and placed a pickup order and the young lady who answered (Asharria) was so polite and professional that it stood out. She greeted me with the most pleasant tone when I called, repeated my order back to me to confirm accuracy, and asked me to hold briefly while she generated my total (which I appreciated most). I made sure to commend her for her outstanding customer service especially during a time when it feels nonexistent. I asked for her name to ensure that she’s recognized for being exceptional. Thank you Asharria!! Give this young lady a raise. She’s the type you want representing your organization.

Placed an order around 5:30 took over 3 hours, called to complain and was told they was at my location and had to leave to do another order a would come back, still no food after another hour. Contacted the store again an asked to speak with manager an was placed on hold for over 30 minutes. When I called back I was told my order was canceled an I would receive my money back on my card in the next few days

Ordered on the app, drove 14 miles to Indianola and waited over 30 minutes for pizzas, to be told that one of my 2 pizzas ordered had not made it into the oven. Waited another 20 minutes to be told it was halfway done. The drive thru line was backed up behind us the whole time. There were 5 employees that we saw while there…2 male delivery guys, that went straight to work on making and boxing pizzas, 2 females, one of which tried to assist us (and was very professional) but was receiving back lash from the only other employee there, which must be Quentin, the manager on duty. Quentin waited on us at the window first. He is very rude, disrespectful and has no business interacting with customers. We witnessed several other disgruntled customers while sitting at the window looking straight into the store checkout. I have never left a restaurant without paying for and receiving my order, but tonight, I did. I really felt bad for the other employees.
