This store is usually my go to… today I bought a 3 meat pizza and found a toenail cliping or piece of bone that ive chewed on ! And ive went back for a refund and the lady in the back accused us of putting in the toenail ourselves! And that is rude and just judgmental… ive felt racially profiled here and so did my brother in law we didn’t want another pizza back just the money because that was a disgusting experience.
AND IM CURRENTLY ON THE PHONE WITH SOMEONE TO GET A REFUND THEY DIDNT GIVE ONE IN STORE. !

Store JUST opened and already the customer service is Awful!!!!! Store manager talks so fast can’t even understand her at all. Had our grandpa pick up pizza. Who ever took the order did it incorrectly. I was told by an associate they can’t refund but can come in and then refund and make new pizza. Spoke to the manager, I asked for a refund on the incorrect pizza. All she kept saying no no no we can’t do that can’t do that and hung up. If this is how service is going to be, this business won’t last. I get it, just opened and busy but no need to have a manager who can’t handle the job.
