Just ordered 3 footloose not one of them are how i ordered them online
For the 3rd time this month not one sandwich has been made the way I specified. No idea how to get hold of the owner but you owe me sandwiches made right
I hate to even write this but it’s gotta get better you should care about ur customers Orwell stop next week for replacements see how it goes if I’m standing there I can be sure they are made right definitely can’t order on line to get the deals and points

Well. This place has been better in the past. Management really needs to look at getting different help in this place. Probably won’t be coming back here. Food and customer service has dropped significantly.

Whoever owns/manages this location needs to stop. From someone who works in a customer service position, the employees suck. Not greeted. Not friendly.And when do they ever have food? Because every time I go there, they are always out of something. Since the change I’ve gone a handful of times because of this. I went more often before, and I always hope that maybe this time it will be better. But it never is. I’m currently standing in the restaurant waiting for my mobile order that was supposed to be ready 5 mins ago. They hadnt even started on it yet. The boys working didn’t seem to be in any rush to get my order made. When I left they handed me my order and I said “sorry about my wait” you know because thats what he should have said. And he goes “don’t worry about it” ???? He obviously didn’t get it. This place needs fixed.

I would find any other subway in the valley to go to, and order from there. The subway in Benwood only hires the laziest, most unhygienic people. If you order online it won’t be waiting for you. If you come in person the sandwich artist will cry about how work is so hard. Not a one time thing, it’s constant. This place is disgusting, save yourself.

Used to come here and get great service. New owner, new employees. Came over day for lunch. Only one person working. He was in the restroom. Finally came out and started making online orders. I walked out. Was never greeted or even acknowledged.
Second trip, took forever to get served.
3rd and my final visit. 2 guys working. Neither greeted us. Ordered my sub, no wheat bread, no jalapenos, no MVP vinagrette, no napkins, no iced tea only fountain pop.
Place does not look clean like it used to. Employees with poor attitudes. Just all around bad. Been coming here for 10-11 years when I’m in Benwood working. Looks like it’s Wendy’s only from now on.

This location has gone extremely downhill since the transition of ownership. They are always out of items, and the customer service is horrendous. You’re very lucky to be greeted when you walk in the door. There’s no point in ordering online as they won’t even have it ready. I’ve been going here for years. No more.

I placed a pick up order, after getting home( only two blocks away) I found that none of my sandwiches were toasted and on the wrong bread, there was so much sauce on them that the bread got soggy, I called to complain and was hung up on, so I came into the store to ask why he hung up and his (Gage ) excuse was “ I had customers in the store”. These sandwiches were very nasty looking.
