At 4:30pm on 2/29/26 Christian and Payton service was down right EXCELLENT !! My first sandwich was so good I asked for a second.The gentlemen customer service they gave me and I overheard them talking to other customers was superbly exemplary to say the least.
This particular location that I have been to before with the same excellence delivered.
Keep up the GREAT work.I know and have experienced that all Subways are not equal.
This location is at the very top of the list and all the others should mimic.

I ordered thru Doordash and hve been ordring from this place since I moved here a few years back. I never had a problem with them till today. I order extra protein on my sandwich but they coverted it with a to of spinach to make the fact they skimped out on my extra protein to be obvious. They also toasted the bread to the point it was burnt. I learned my lesson today,I will not be ordering from them again, and will be getting my sandwiches from the other sandwich places that have recenly opened in my area.

I am at this location where the manager says he would accept the coupon I have which is 3 for 17.99 but when I started placing my order he interrupted me saying I have to pay additional fees which defeats using the coupon. The coupon does not say there are limits to which sub you can use. It also does not say managers can make up additional rules/charges. He then argues about the coupon that he originally said he would honor. The worst customer service this year.

So I ordered one grill chicken sandwich and one tuna sandwich.
Mannnn! They almost had no chicken or tuna.
So skinny..
Turkey sandwich had 4 slices of turkey instead of 12.
Grilled chicken sandwich had almost no chicjen.
Tuna had only one scoop instead of 4
Veggie was very less too.
From other Subway I get more meat n veggie.
Are thinking they are doing the customers favours by doing bogo1?

Went to Subway tonight for dinner around 7:45 and the service was amazing. No other customers were in the store but as soon as we opened the door we were greeted with a smile and a happy “Welcome to Subway” from a young lady. She warmed up the cold store immediately! She and a young gentleman took our orders. She took my friend’s salad order and the gentleman took my sub order. They worked well together and she explained the variety of dressings to my friend and what dressing would taste well with the vegetables and meat he selected. She even let him sample a dressing he was unfamiliar with. He was very pleased with his salad. And I was very pleased with my sub. Service is everything in this day and time. We could have gotten a sub and salad from any restaurant or any other subway. But the two employees here impressed us with their welcoming demeanor.

I have never had an issue with this place until tonight when i placed my order online at 8:30 said it would be ready by 8:50pm got there around 8:45 and it wasn’t ready. Was told the bread i wanted was cooking i said that’s fine can you switch it to white bread. They both said okay and i ended up having to wait another 20 mins bc they served 3 other people that came in after me. Then i got home and 2 of my sandwiches were wrong. Very disappointed.
