⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We stopped by Marinelli’s Italian Cuisine at the M Resort around 4pm and decided to grab seats at the bar. What a fantastic choice! The bar area is absolutely beautiful, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I have to mention their margarita, hands down the best I’ve had. The service was truly outstanding from start to finish.
We started with meatballs and shrimp scampi, both of which were delicious. They brought out a breadbasket that was so fresh. For dessert, we treated ourselves to tiramisu, and it was absolutely outstanding. Every layer was perfectly balanced and it was the ideal ending to our meal.
The décor throughout the restaurant is beautiful, and we were lucky enough to enjoy live piano music during our visit, which added such a lovely touch to the setting.
We’ll definitely be back to Marinelli’s. Between the exceptional food, attentive service, beautiful setting, and live entertainment, it’s a complete package. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality Italian cuisine in Henderson!
We already knew the service would be superior since we know the front-of-house and our server well, and they delivered from the moment we walked in. Warm greeting, seamless seating, and our requested table—front and center by the windows, exactly where we like it.
Our server Jack was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive as always. His recommendations were spot-on, and the pacing of the meal was perfect.
We started with the Fritto Misto—crispy calamari and shrimp with capers, served with a lightly spicy pomodoro sauce. Perfectly fried, light, and addictive. The Cacio e Pepe Arancini followed—creamy risotto, mozzarella, and Parmesan, paired with a Calabrian chili aioli that added just the right kick.
I couldn’t pass up the roasted baby beet salad—golden and red beets, burrata espuma, heirloom tomatoes, and a honey-lemon vinaigrette. Beautifully plated and absolutely delicious. Chef really nailed the balance of flavor and presentation across the starters.
For dinner, my wife ordered the veal marsala, served with roasted cremini mushrooms and potatoes. I had a bite—tender, rich, and the marsala reduction was spot-on. I went with the pappardelle featuring a slow-braised short rib ragù with tomatoes and Parmesan. I was genuinely impressed. Maybe not quite as bold as Mother Wolf or La Strega—both use wild boar—but this dish absolutely held its own. Super tender and downright delicious.
Dessert was a shared chocolate mousse cake, and it was divine.
Service? Exceptional.
Food? Delicious.
The real surprise? The prices—very reasonable. Reasonable enough that we could honestly eat here every night.
We’ll definitely be back!
Huge thanks to Gemma and Jack for always taking such great care of us!
We received bread and water about a minute after being seated, and our server, Pietro, was finishing taking orders for a large table. He greeted us immediately as soon as he was done and took our drink order and talked about specials.
We had prosciutto with melon as an appetizer which was excellent. Buttery soft meat and sweet melon is a great combo.
I had the veal Marsala which was a large portion cooked to perfection. My partner had chicken picatta which was tender and juicy and also a large portion. We did not have room for dessert and took home leftovers to go.
The highlight of the evening was Pietro (I hope I got his name right). He is a fantastic server and has a terrific sense of humor. With both of us being Italian, we had a great time going back and forth every time he passed our table, with bits of conversation and jokes and enjoying the company. He definitely made the already enjoyable experience so much better with his exceptional personality and sense of humor.
It was a thoroughly enjoyable evening and I highly recommend Marinelli’s for the atmosphere and food.
We ate here for breakfast and it was great. I ended up getting an egg white omelette and it was made perfectly with all my veggies inside. Maybe one of the best I’ve had in a while. The rye bread was thick cut which was nice, normally it’s not like that. The potato’s were cooked well done as well and seasoned nicely.
After requesting a move, we waited at their bizarre bar, —extremely low stools paired with a high counter were very awkward for just having a drink so can’t imagine trying to eat there. We were seated at 8:43 PM, only to be immediately told by our waiter that the kitchen was closing at 9:00 PM.
It’s wild that a restaurant would accept 8:30 PM bookings if the staff intends to rush guests out 30 minutes later making them feel like a burden. The focus is clearly on turnover rather than the customer experience. I won’t be returning as I prefer dining where I don’t feel like ‘herded cattle.'”
