Dispatch workers ordered two subs, I went to pick them up plus my own order. The employee didn’t even start my order until I told her about it. It was messy and wasn’t understood even with the receipt printed out for her to read. It took her 20 minutes to make my order, while my coworkers’ orders were just sitting there. The cross contamination was extreme. Do not go to this location; the receipt does even provide store info.

The three stars has nothing to do with the food, but with an employee. Sara was not helpful, she was very obviously in a mood and every little inconvenience bothered her. William appeared to be new and was making my sandwiches, he wasn’t sure where everything was and had to ask for help. Sara kept rolling her eyes anytime he needed help and would answer him with an attitude. I work in customer service and understand that there can be bad days, but she needs to learn some customer service manners.

This Subway needs some work! They burnt the bread as they baked it fresh. And still used it for my sub. I mean the bread was a dark brown! Not good!! Other than that it was ok.

Ordered a salad and half breakfast sub on flatbread. The salad was perfect, the breakfast sub was a disaster. Bacon was not cooked–still cold. Had to have it cooked in the microwave. The bread was supposed to be warmed but it was cold. It appears that special orders aren’t something they can handle. If you go there, stick to the basics or forget it.

Came up tonight with my family to get a sub and the cashier didn’t ring up all of my order. Which would result in me being over changed when I was rung up a second time for the rest of my food. So I asked if she could take off the difference. She said no. So I left with no food. Absolutely ridiculous the way things were handled/ not handled in this case.
