Stopped here on a road trip to GA on July 2, 2023. Lines were long, but staff was very professional and apologetic. Definitely working their butts off in an understaffed situation.

Horrible service today and horrible protein bowl. I got down the road and I didn’t even eat it after the first bite. The lady was rude and could care less about the salad looking edible by tearing the meat and throwing it into the bowl. Yes I did call you lazy as I walked out. This is a truck stop so I guess I shouldn’t have expected much. Don’t expect cleanliness or great customer service at this location. Yuck!

Good location, easy off and on for travelers on I-77. Not the cleanest of locations, nor was it the dirtiest either. Just ‘meh.’ Stopped for 2 sandwiches. They didn’t have the chicken for the sandwich I wanted and I tried to make a joke before choosing an alternate one. Sandwich artist didn’t have much humor. Did make a good sandwich though. I’d stop here again, if traveling by, looking for a decent chain sandwich.

ordered 2 subs while driving thru to NC. one or the subs had so much salt on it looks like the cap cane off and salt poured out. we didn’t find out until 15 miles back on the road and threw the sandwich out in the NC rest area as was not edible. did a customer service request and they reply from the franchise owner was automated that they would let service prepares know, nothing about making the situation right. will Twitter corporate HQ for help to resolve.

Currently just left on 4/18/22. Horrible & absolutely horrendous. I couldn’t believe the amount of people that actually purchased their spoiled, foul looking food. This place is indefinitely disgusting. So unsanitary. Cucumbers were yellow, meat was just off color, I’m serious if you don’t want to have food poisoning…. avoid. We got a full refund and left immediately. Please Please avoid if you want to live.

Got off the interstate to eat here and there was a sign that says closed 20 mins for food prep and to make bread, However the bred rack looked full, as did the sandwich prep area. The subway person was outside smoking. Complete waste if time.

Made a online order so I could run in grab and go since traveling with a young toddler.. got there and had to wait to even be greeted or waited on since they were with two other customers, then was told they couldn’t get to my order since they were so busy… I understand that. (I placed my order 25 minutes before I arrived to this subway)
