I give it one star because coupons that we received in the mail were not honored. I was told that they were redeemed on online orders only. Food and service were great but the denial of my coupon soured the deal. Probably my last stop there, I’ll go to Jersey Mike’s next time.

I was disappointed. Service was slow. Server was very stingy with sandwich ingredients, she put very little on the sub. As much as the subs are, they should put enough ingredients on the sandwich to at least be able to taste. Sandwich was mostly bread. Sub was just thrown together with no care what so ever. Haven’t been back in a long time.

Don’t waste your time. I have been there numerous times and left with no subs. They seem to have a shortage of meatballs. I have been there 6 hours before closing time on more than a few occasions and been told that they were out of meatballs. I have worked at subway before,there is no excuse for this being the norm. I spoke to the manager on duty more than once about this and was told that this is an ongoing problem and he has talked to the workers and it hasn’t done any good. Sounds like lazy workers and a manager that just doesn’t care.
