When correct the food is good but only a 50% chance you get your food correct if you call or order online. You are lucky if it is even ready by the 20 min the app says. Whether they are busy or not they don’t seem to really care about orders unless they are in shop

Toilet in the men’s bathroom was backed up to the point of almost overflowing. I reported it to the staff and they told me “yeah we know, you just have to be careful.” What kind of answer is that?!?! We all used the women’s room.

Even though this is a SMALL town and we were passing through, my Italian BMT with capocollo and my husband’s chicken teriyaki was so amazing but our sandwich artists were more amazing!! The fact they were super attentive to our order was a plus! The manager is outstanding with how she runs the restaurant! Thanks for taking great care of us today while we stuffed our faces!

Getting much worse than they used to be. I usually order on the subway app and it takes around 45 min to get the food if they even get it right. I used to be able to order and be at the store within 20m and it would be waiting. I got there today at 30m and the sandwiches weren’t even started yet

So this is probably the third review I’ve left on this location over the years. But it’s just so inconsistent I can’t help but do it again. This location has gone completely off the rails. For a place that closes at 10 you shouldn’t be basically shut down at 8 o clock. The night staff I dealt with clearly doesn’t care. Like I get it, I literally worked the same job for almost 3 years. But come on, at least put in a little effort. No one here knew how to make the sandwiches properly, almost like they weren’t trained at all. They need someone experienced to come in there and clean house. Sandwich was okay, but if you want people to return to this location you need better staff.
