Got a meatball sub and the meatballs were burnt. That was the best part. I found a pubic hair in my sandwich and the two cookies I bought weren’t baked at all, it’s like they left the frozen dough out and then warmed them up. I tried to call twice to let them know and I didn’t get an answer. They didn’t have one customer when I went in and that location is rarely busy with good reason.

Mannnn they make amazing subssssss!!! Yeah some of the employees need some work but I can look at that for the food. But the seating, that is bomb, sitting in the back area kinda feels like I’m sitting at a coffee shop. 10/10

Walked in and the employees were cussing at each other back and forth. They apologized to me and said “I’m sorry Sir” but still continued to talk and act this way. My sub was paused on being made multiple times so the guy could scream across the room to bicker at another employee. Maybe the worst Subway in Roanoke, won’t be going back.

Mobile order: Come on. No napkins?
The app has problems, so it may be the culprit for the heavy hand, but way too much mayo pouring out of the ends and sides and the amount of salt was pretty extra.
All the ingredients, except the lettuce, were slipping out the cut side of the sandwich.
Wet, sloppy, salty. No napkins.

Went to this restaurant yesterday to get dinner. There was a lady behind the counter who had a long ponytail and she was putting up the bread and as she bent over her hair was paint brushing all the bread in the pan. My wife tried to let her know about it, and she said “well I put it up”. Not even sure what she meant by that. I asked the other employee behind the desk who she was and he replied “the manager”. There was another young man behind the counter and he had his hair up in a bun which I did appreciate. There was another one who was walking through and he grabbed a cookie from the case while flicking his hair constantly. Here lately the food service industry has gone downhill and I refuse to go to an establishment like this ever again. We were not yelling or insulting this lady we were just trying to inform her and she still had denial
like she was in the right. If she’s the manager then she does not run her shop and crew well because of her lack of leadership. Hair nets and beard covers should be worn at all times by everybody, and if you have long hair it needs to be tied up. Very unprofessional on her part.

Purchased the italian bmt; it was not good. I ate less than a quarter of the sub and had to spit it out. I called and explained to the person who answered the phone(who I believe was the manager) that the meat did not taste good. She then said it was impossible and that the meat was cut fresh daily. She did say I could return it and get another sub if it I did it by 3pm. This was impossible since I was at work but also by that time, my appetite was fully ruined. Cut daily does not indicate that it is fresh especially if the temp in the fridge is not being monitored. I am now experiencing stomach aches…. I definitely think this could have handled this differently but instead she thought I was just trying to get a free meal. I will not be returning to this subway. Gross…
