Easy stop and parking right off I-40 near Biltmore village. Super clean unisex bathroom with individual locking doors. Very friendly server and I didn’t have any wait. He even filled my plastic cup up with ice so I could get back on the road. Thank you for such friendly service!

This is the best Starbucks I have ever been too. The staff are the absolute best I have ever seen. The Store Manager is out with her people in the trenches, and really cares about her staff and the public she serves. The store is always immaculate, and the service is quick and efficient. There is literally nothing bad that can be said for these amazing people and the level of service they give.

Nico passed out my drinks. She was absolutely wonderful so friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience feel warm and personal. It’s rare to have such genuine, kind service that early in the day, but Nico made my morning so much better with her positive attitude and professionalism. My order was perfect, and her kindness really stood out. Thank you, Nico, for the great service!

This place needs an overhaul of new employees. Nearly everytime I’ve been to this locations drive thru someone very immature/unprofessional is taking my order/at the check out. Over half the times I’ve been to this location they’ve gotten the order wrong and they blame it on their “bad machine” outside instead of owning the responsibility or trying to make it right. Yesterday they had to redo my order 3 times… and I was asked to pay full price nothing was done to own their mistake. I don’t need a free drink, but at least own your part as a professional business. Not to mention all of the drinks are overly sweet and just not made the best like they should. Either way, avoid this location. Which is sad because they’re in a beautiful facility. Management needs to seriously think about who they hire here it’s ruining the business.
