Myself and My husband and his brother went to this establishment @ 6:30pm today sign says open until 9:30. Nothing anywhere says they were closing or closing early . No signage no locked doors.

Absolute terrible experience here today. Everything was going fine till checkout. The 2 cards we used got declined. Something was obviously wrong with the machine and the guy had the nerve to say we were broke thinking we didn’t have the money even though we did and he was showed our bank account on the phone to prove it. So we went to the other location and the guy let them know in advance apparently because they knew why we were there when we walked in. We let know what went on at the other location so were able to pay for the food at the second location thankfully proving we did have the funds. Unfortunately they told us to go back to the 1st location and get the food already made the first time instead of making us fresh subs at the 2nd location. So we did because we wanted our money’s worth considering it cost over 50 bucks for everything. Upon entry back to the 1st location we were able to get our food but like a coward the guy who claimed we didn’t have the money took off to the back so he wouldn’t have to face us out of embarrassment for being proved wrong. The lady working with him, I guess his wife, did apologize but he didn’t of course. Dude should be ashamed of himself for lying and needs to get the card machine fixed. Don’t think I’ll be visiting this location again for a loooooong time.

I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this Subway but this time was the last time. Management, specifically, has very bad customer service. I went to go use the bathroom and the janitor offered me to use it even though he was about to clean it. I said “Thanks, I just need to wash my hands.” This is where the manager or whoever cut in and said that I can’t use it while he’s cleaning and told the janitor to wall off the bathroom area with mop buckets. There was another time where they refused to let me sit and eat post pandemic. There were other instances as well, but it seems like whenever there is a manager present I have bad service. After this occasion I walked out. I will not be returning here.

I went in the store and they said they closed in an hour, when their hours are until 9:30pm. When I told them that I would be out long before then, they responded that it was a cleaning night for them, and they’re just not serving customers, I proceeded to leave. I will never come back here again. Ever…

Owner is rude. I work at the AT&T store next door and a vendor that was providing them service had to come to my store and use the restroom because he was told the restrooms are for customers only. Bad service. Bad attitudes.

Despite the neon light that says “open” and hours posted on the door until 9:30pm, it’s been locked up every night this week and a gentleman sat in a booth and just shook his head no at us. Eventually I called to find out when it closed and was told “there’s no guarantee”. Guess I’ll make other plans!

Online order. Cold meatballs, 4 pieces of meat on a foot long, and wrong bread. Every time I order from this location is always wrong. Save yourself the disgust and just order from Sheetz.

The absolute WORST subway I’ve ever went to. The owners aren’t friendly. They barely give you anything on your sandwich and when you ask for more (which would be normal amount) they want to charge you extra, for literally everything. The absolute worst attitudes too. I won’t go back.
