This is the infamous location where the owner sat in the dining area with his NASTY feet on the table on 10/11/2024. They’ll try to suppress this review probably, but like Mulder on the X-Files the truth is out there & I’m gonna fight for it to be known. Food is still mediocre at best, service at the time of the Feet Incident was generally abysmal & from my understanding it has improved & achieved a new standard of just being “poor.” So there’s that. It’s adjacent to a Walmart Shopping Center parking lot as well, so you can imagine how “quality” the atmosphere is just outside it’s door & you can safely assume that this atmosphere spills over into the dining area. Lots of squatted trucks flying by that the VSP doesn’t seem to do anything about anymore, paranormal cracktivity, people who smell like cheap cigarettes & so much many more low quality vibes. I tried to include a photo of the Feet Man to ensure you have a visual reference of who to avoid, but it oddly won’t let me post it, as there is a conspiracy against both the truth & accountability at this location. There are other Subways, go to those instead.

Starters wrong bread second if I wanted cold meatballs I would go to food lion and buy frozen ones. Can someone please for the love of God have attention to detail. Simple order guess it’s my fault I shouldn’t have drove home before checking it.

So I went in there today and there were already a couple of other people there…an older couple and another girl ,and I had asked them how long they been standing there and they said for a good little minute, so then I went to the door to the back and hollered and he come back up and very rudely, I’m talking real rude come from the back talking about some “WERE CLOSED GO HOME” @4:36 in the evening when the door is unlocked and the sign says 9:30 why are you closed?. It was the foreign guy…me personally I like Anthony and I don’t know if this going to the corporate folks or what but it need to get straight cause I wanted a spicy Italian.

Absolute terrible experience here today. Everything was going fine till checkout. The 2 cards we used got declined. Something was obviously wrong with the machine and the guy had the nerve to say we were broke thinking we didn’t have the money even though we did and he was showed our bank account on the phone to prove it. So we went to the other location and the guy let them know in advance apparently because they knew why we were there when we walked in. We let know what went on at the other location so were able to pay for the food at the second location thankfully proving we did have the funds. Unfortunately they told us to go back to the 1st location and get the food already made the first time instead of making us fresh subs at the 2nd location. So we did because we wanted our money’s worth considering it cost over 50 bucks for everything. Upon entry back to the 1st location we were able to get our food but like a coward the guy who claimed we didn’t have the money took off to the back so he wouldn’t have to face us out of embarrassment for being proved wrong. The lady working with him, I guess his wife, did apologize but he didn’t of course. Dude should be ashamed of himself for lying and needs to get the card machine fixed. Don’t think I’ll be visiting this location again for a loooooong time.

Owner is rude. Refuses to handle issues. Ignores phone calls. You can’t respond to emails, they are returned as undeliverable. Ridiculous for the price of Subway these days. Will not return. It would have been so much easier for him to address a small issue.

I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this Subway but this time was the last time. Management, specifically, has very bad customer service. I went to go use the bathroom and the janitor offered me to use it even though he was about to clean it. I said “Thanks, I just need to wash my hands.” This is where the manager or whoever cut in and said that I can’t use it while he’s cleaning and told the janitor to wall off the bathroom area with mop buckets. There was another time where they refused to let me sit and eat post pandemic. There were other instances as well, but it seems like whenever there is a manager present I have bad service. After this occasion I walked out. I will not be returning here.
