Placed and online order at 1130a for 2dz cookies, 1 flavor. Upon arrival at the pu time of 230p I was told there “wasn’t enough and could pick from the box” to fulfill the rest. When this was declined the employee scoffed and said it would be a few minutes because they “had to make more now. “ 1) I should never have had an offer to fulfill an order from old product. 2) if this was too much to do then I should have been notified and offered other options or the opportunity to take my business elsewhere. This was the ONLY request for a child’s birthday. Of the 25 I ordered I received 24. Of that only 9 were whole. The rest were pieces of cookies due to the way they were boxed. I paid and tipped (25%) as well as provided hours notice for a simple order. I was told regular orders are submitted to them with 15min notice and understand the franchise had nothing to do with that end. BUT there were definitely ways to manage the shortcomings- instead the situation was made worse. I will neither patron nor recommend this business.

The place was ran by teenagers. The guy that made my sandwich had girls in the back that did not work for subway. Also, he invited more friends in the back and did not pay any attention to the curbside order that waited 30min. Not only was the table dirty, but when we needed assistance there was no one to be find. Do not eat at this subway!

There were kids in the restaurant with subway smocks and hats on, and it was cute until they got behind the counter and started touching items needed to make sandwiches and getting pitchers of ice from the fountain. The children were running around the store with no shoes on.. wouldn’t be a big issue if they were in the seating area for customers but the fact that they were going in the back where the food is prepared with no shoes. Very unsanitary. I understand it is spring break and childcare may be hard to find and you have to do what you have to do at times, but if your children are going to be at work with you they should not be seen the way myself and the other customers saw them today.

I would not ever recommend going here I have never been so sick I ate this for lunch and had to take two days off of work due to food poisoning. Was Intermittent fasting so the was the first thing I ate. There was a kid running around behind the counter and when I called the store they told me it couldn’t be food poisoning because it takes 24 hours for it to take effect. Def not true the ER stated otherwise. DO NOT EAT HERE

Hair in my sub, uncooked bacon, sub was supposed to be toasted and was not. Won’t be back again and we on average have been going there 1-2 times a month. And when my husband called the store to let them know of the problems, they were rude to him and accused him of being rude. He was the customer. An apology would have been nice. Check out there reviews, hair in food is not anything new to them! Disgusting! Tie your hair back instead of just wearing a hat!

Literally the most ridiculous experience I’ve ever encountered. I was there with my son to get a sub. We waited at least 5 minutes to be helped there were two people in front of us the person. Making subs was clearly new. There was another employee there but on the phone. When it was our turn we asked if the subs were BOGO he said yes so I told my son to order two of the same sub one for tomorrow. My son ordered a simple tuna with pickles and replied yes sir to the employees questions about the sub. We got to check out and the other employee gave the total I asked aren’t they BOGO and she said that’s only my online. I said I asked before we started and her response was “he’s new so he wouldn’t know”. I asked how to fix it we didn’t need two subs and she replied “I already told you it was his first day.” I replied that’s not my fault and she said “then I don’t need to serve you and removed the food from the counter.” I asked what the problem was and she said I’m not serving you. I knew if I made any other arguments I would be a “Karen” I asked for the managers number she told me it was on the door.

Very Un-American! Hair In Food! So I pulled up to the front of the store and walked in to pick up food. Immediately, I was yelled at by store employees and the store manager, telling me I couldn’t park there. I told them that i had a disability and could not walk far. They told me they didn’t care. I couldn’t believe they were so rude to me, horrible customer service. Then to make things worse, I got home and there was a big piece of hair in my food. This place is disgusting.

I went to this store today around 2:45p and I had the worst experience, ever! It was a child in the store behind the counter, apparently the daughter of the 2. She was playing with a roll of paper towels which was wet. In addition, my mobile order was not prepared correctly. The bacon was raw so when I called to informed them that I had no eatery. The male worker was so rude! So when I returned to the store so I can get a refund. A female worker was even ruder! She told me to quit speaking when I told her this is a free country, clearly because you don’t have a mask on. She told me to get the ***** out the store, she cursed at me!! Clearly the store manger don’t care because she said she was going to inform her what she did!! Also, for the past 3 months this store has been getting bad reviews because of these 2 employees. They are a girlfriend/boyfriend duo which is clearly running long time customers away. I WILL NEVER BE BACK. Maybe OSHA needs to visit because children behind the counter has be a violation. Eat here at your own RISK!!
