Ordered a sandwich. The employee helping me put the wrong dressing on it. The employee, she started to argue about what was supposed to be on the sandwich. I just didn’t want/order mayo. Another employee started making me a new sandwich and just throwing things into the bread, leaving hills and valleys of meant and cheese all over the sandwich. So I just asked for a refund instead of a new sandwich, and the supervisor at the time, debating why she should give me a refund. Calls her supervisor and told them I only wanted the refund because I didn’t like how the others made the sandwich, not mentioning initially that the had made mistakes on the first sandwich. Issued me a refund, and as I walked away, could hear the supervisor there mocking me and making fun of my decision to simply ask for a refund. The employee who made my sandwich apologized, and wished me a good day, contrast to the supervisor mocking me out the door. Never going back.

Since they put in the machines you can order at, they have consistently made my order incorrectly. I eat at work so I’m not using more of my lunch break to drive back to replace my order.

Small location, but doesn’t lack on supplies. For Dam Neck Annex, it’s really the only good place for food during lunch. Staff are friendly and quick with your sandwiches. Portions for toppings are decent in size as well.
