Is rudeness and incoherent speech a job requirement of Subway? Don’t get impatient with people if you can’t enunciate a single word you’re saying. Every single location, this one is no different.

No wraps available, had to explain my order 4 times to get rung up correctly, and more than half the ingredients did not look fresh. Not to mention the facility (hospital) wasn’t so clean either, was worried about a fly landing on my sub while being made. If my family wasn’t so hungry with hardly any options for real food in that hospital, we would never have chosen to go. Completely terrible on all fronts.

Very unpleasant staff (except the man at the register). Woman who prepared my food acted as though it was inconvenient that I asked for a salad instead of a sandwich. Salads are on subway’s menu last time I checked. i know these are more work but I am a paying customer. Just a very unpleasant interaction for someone just stopping through on their lunch break. If you do not enjoy interacting with the public, maybe do not work at an establishment such as subway.

This shop used to be in the cafeteria, but because the cafeteria is now being renovated (Fall 2015) the shop is now a little kiosk in the passage way between Main Hospital and Critical Care Hospital. They still offer all the sandwiches and even offer them toasted. Drinks are limited to bottled drinks, no fountain. And There are no cookies at this time. Lines tend to be long at lunch since they have a limited work space and aren’t as quick as they used to be.

The customer service was very horrible , I asked for condiments and other edible options for my sandwich and “mhhhm “ was just every answer. I waited for a receipt and I couldn’t get one yet the employee hand smashed my food and I was asked “ is there anything else I can help you with “ with a very unpleasant attitude

So, here I am posting at 9:42 pm and they are CLOSED! They are supposed to stay open until 10pm. Absolutely NO EXCUSE! VCU needs to revoke their lease and kick them to the curb!

Why doesn’t the subway at VCU hospital take subway gift cards, alot of patients get gift cards to help out with expenses during their hospital stay. Totally ridiculous

This location always is short on something and it always closes way to early. meaning if it closes at 7 pm they always are out of something by 6:30 pm.
