Honestly this is one of the best subways I’ve been to around this area. The food is always bomb and my sub is always loaded which is a plus because most subways put hardly nothing on your sub but this one loads it with everything you want you get your money’s worth that’s for sure

The Combat Logic
When they’re open it’s great, but there have been a number of times I’ve gone here between 7 and 830pm that they’re closed. The schedule on the door states they’re open until 9, as does their google page, but they’re often times locked up well before then. There have been times I was at the door, realizing it was locked, while staff stood behind the bakeline and stared at me. It’s honestly unacceptable, especially from a corporate restaurant. That’s not a good thing to do to your customers. Fix the times on your door or actually make the staff stay until close. Stop false advertising is the moral of what I’m getting at here.

The older lady and gentleman act nice, but they always have an attitude. They talk about you in a different language thinking no one understands them. They always go slow or don’t acknowledge you are there when you have an online order or delivery. Several times the older guy stands there seeing he has an online order and doesn’t make it until a few minutes later. They are so quick to be rude to their customers, but don’t like it if you give them attitude.They honestly shouldn’t be working there if they don’t like helping out there customers.

I ordered subs for my staff in advance using the online ordering option. When I arrived at our scheduled pick up time the female manager on duty was visibly angry and would not address me or the other guest waiting.i waited almost 30 mintues past the pick up time for my food. My staff were unable to eat due to the delay. I called several times through out the day and no one answered. I emailed and still received no reply. Very disappointed in the service we received or lack thereof!

I Order here about a few times a month. Place is always busy but you still get fast service. The sandwiches always come out perfect. There are always coupons in the local paper or online to use and get a discount or something for free. The online ordering is very easy too. Everyone who works here is so nice and sweet.

I put a mobile order in and got to the restaurant to pick it up. The female decided to call someone on her cell phone and walked away leaving me standing there without being acknowledged by anyone. I finally asked the gentleman if he has my order ready and he immediately got an attitude, shrugged his shoulders and said I don’t have any order. He never looked at his computer system. I asked what I needed to do to get my subs made and he proceeded to tell me that it wasn’t his problem and that I could put my order through at the store and pay for them at the store. I already paid for them in the app. He said there was nothing he could do and that I would eventually get my money back but I needed to call Subway. I asked if he was the owner and he said no he was the manager. The manager seriously shrugged his shoulders at me and said it wasn’t his problem that I would have to deal with it. So I paid for subs that I never received. I honestly think the managers didn’t want to have to deal with a mobile order and claimed they never received the order so they wouldn’t have to put it together.
