Absolutely a 5- place with amazing sandwiches, and here’s why:
1) The staff are exceptionally polite, friendly, and professional. Autumn, one of their outstanding team members, prepares sandwiches with a playful, collaborative spirit alongside customers, creating uniquely delicious results… just like the ones you see in advertisements! Veronica, another team member, just does the same. It is consistent among their staff!
✨2) The shop is always spotless, tidy, and well-organized.
3) The staff work seamlessly together, showing excellent teamwork and creating an efficient, smooth workflow you can notice right away.
4) The prices are unbeatable for the quality of ingredients they use. You can even add extra meat or other upgrades for just a couple of dollars!
Is this place recommended? Definitely yes! I will happily be back for more of their creative sandwiches

The food was hot and delicious but the service definitely fell short. The guy preparing my sub started off friendly, but his attitude shifted the moment I said I didn’t want it toasted. He sighed loudly, rolled his eyes and handled my sandwich pretty roughly. Just very dramatic and unnecessary. Everyone has off days but that kind of energy shouldn’t be passed on to customers. I hope the staff can work on maintaining a more positive attitude, even when things don’t go as expected.

“Terrible Experience – Rude Staff and Poor Service!”
I had the worst experience at this Subway location! The staff were incredibly rude and dismissive. From the moment I walked in, they acted like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. They rushed me through my order and seemed annoyed when I asked questions about the menu.
I won’t be coming back to this location again, and I’d advise others to avoid it as well. Save your money and your self-respect, and go somewhere that actually appreciates your business!

This was the nastiest Subway I have had in a long time…very disappointed and this was supposed to be my dinner for a 12 hour shift. The meat taste weird and overall the sandwich had NO flavor that’s saying something when I added salt and pepper. I ordered a footling and only ate 1/4 of the sandwich. Not saying I won’t come back it just won’t be for awhile. When I called the store to express my issues the manager seemed to not care. Things are more expensive these days I would still like to have quality food when eating out…Subway on Walpole I would NOT recommend such ashame because the location is great.

I was very disappointed in their service today, I had to leave the store and go to the the firehouse grill. It was my first time I ever had to do that. I love their custom made subs but today the environment was different, the people put 3 people in the oven before after asking what I wanted. Then when I said never mind I see your to busy the girl laughed at me and said go head she was busy I was just there 2 weeks ago and got the best service I don’t know what happened, I really hope they fix problem, I order food from here for my employees and my mother does too! I just hope nobody ever runs into her
