I was very disappointed in their service today, I had to leave the store and go to the the firehouse grill. It was my first time I ever had to do that. I love their custom made subs but today the environment was different, the people put 3 people in the oven before after asking what I wanted. Then when I said never mind I see your to busy the girl laughed at me and said go head she was busy I was just there 2 weeks ago and got the best service I don’t know what happened, I really hope they fix problem, I order food from here for my employees and my mother does too! I just hope nobody ever runs into her

Went in to get lunch, lady making sandwich’s was sniffling and acting weird, continued to start making my sandwich wrong I got charged for three cookies when only asked for two. Then as I’m checking out the lady who just made my sandwich says out loud “ im think I’m getting sick my head and throat hurts as she’s sniffling. I didn’t even eat my food and it was $17.50.

Went in today and they had only 2 types of bread made after the store had been open for an hour. Of course it was the bread with only allergens. We left without ordering. The female employee didnt seem to care that she had not prepared the store properly to open.

Placed an order online for pickup. My son and I wanted a B.L.T . There website does not have it as an option for some reason. Called and asked how I should place my order for those 2 sandwiches I would like. I was told to make it as a veggie delight , click the bacon button that is$0 .75 then click extra bacon . Well , there is no extra bacon option. Also, realized I would be paying extra money for a B.L.T due to their online menu mistakes. I was told to just click bacon and he would take care of the sandwiches , making sure they would be a B.L.T . It was to my surprise when my husband came home my son’s and my sandwich had 2 small pieces of bacon…. So yeah , thanks for that.

I’m sitting outside the store right now, 20 minutes before closing and both employees looked at me as if I was wrong for attempting to open the door. Why did I attempt you may ask? Because I was craving a delicious sub before closing. If the policy is 20 minutes prior, then that is completely understood. If it isn’t the policy, I’d just ask that those two young employees understand the importance of customer service.

I made three orders and a female employee was preparing my meal. A male worker tried to help her without changing his gloves. I kindly asked him to do that. He was upset, retreated to the back of the shop and he let her handle three orders by herself. I heard him saying something in Spanish and the girl laughed. I knew multiple language, I just didn’t hear clearly what he said. I hope he didn’t curse. I approached him trying to explain to him that some people have allergies to some food and other do not eat certain meat and he should change his gloves often to avoid contamination. I felt that he still wasn’t convinced and took it personally! Subway Franchise owner should step in to train his workers about customers and their different need.

I just did the online pick up. I ordered two sweet onion chicken teriyaki subs and they both were nasty! The chicken was not cooked all the way and was just filled with gristles. If someone pays for something they want good quality food not food thrown together barely cooked.
