Very unwelcome attitude and conditions of purchase like correct change. Almost slop service. Meatball sub so she sticks her hand and pills out meat balls. Yes, she had glove but still it’s terrible. She doesn’t want to be there and neither do I. And a 1star is too many.

Infighting between coworkers in front of customers is unacceptable. Female employee putting condiments on sandwiches insubordinates shift manager, stops serving to make a call to someone to complain. Shift manager was correct. I had to say please finish my sandwich! She stayed on phone totally ignoring my request to be served.

What was ordered was a footlong Mexacli off your menu. What was received was Chicken and Cheese, nothing more. Went to correct this and was met with hostility and annoyance. They asked what they want me to do about it. I informed them that I want what I payed for nothing more, nothing less. They took the sandwich and began to put the correct toppings in after many complaints. The problem with this is that is a gross violation of health code, informed them of this and they said you arent getting a free sandwich. I told them again I only wanted them to make what I payed for, and to change their gloves as they had been handling reciepts and money, they refused and upped the sarcasm and hostility several notches.
