I ordered a 6-inch tuna sandwich, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The bread was so hard and stale that it felt like I was fighting with it just to take a bite. It was nearly impossible to tear it apart—even my nails couldn’t get through it. It was clear that the bread was either expired or had been sitting out for far too long.

I brought it to the attention of the staff, pointing out that the bread was clearly not fresh. However, without even checking it, the staff member simply insisted that it was fresh. There was no manager available to speak with, and when I asked for the manager’s contact information, they refused to provide it. Instead, they just kept repeating that the bread was fresh and they didn’t not even bother themselves to say “sorry” no real attempt to address the issue.

I stood there for several minutes, hoping someone would at least acknowledge the problem or offer a proper apology, but no one did. I even took a video to document the condition of the sandwich, though unfortunately I can’t upload it here—only photos.

I’m posting the photos to show what I experienced at this Subway location. I truly hope management takes customer concerns more seriously in the future

I’m 62 years old and disabled. I use a cane. I entered the restaurant wanting to purchase a breakfast sandwich. But first felt the need to use the restroom. I was denied and ignored. When I asked why they simply said that I wasn’t allowed to use THEIR restrooms and they refused to take my order. I was immediately confused and didn’t understand what was going on so I asked to speak to their manager. And instead of the manager helping me she she wasn’t going to allow me to use their restrooms and if I didn’t like her response I could leave. I had a problem with it because the other stores weren’t open yet and I had to really go. So I said is the restroom out of order? She said no. I asked is it that you have to order something because I’m trying to make an order but your employees walked away. She just walked to the back out of site and called the police. I didn’t no she done that and I also called the police because I knew they were being races toward me. All of the employees were Hispanic. Then when the Fairfax County police showed up I found that the manager call to have me removed. I said I called the police too. They both were there on the sene but it didn’t matter they asked me to leave and said you’re not in trouble but it was a private business and they had the right to ask me to leave. Even if I didn’t do anything wrong. So seeing it swing in the Subways restaurants favor. I didn’t want to risk injury from the police. I didn’t say another thing to anyone else and just left the restaurant I feel I was profiled that day and highly disrespected. Therefore I made a vow not to ever shop at another Subway restaurant for the rest of my life. I told all my friends about how unprofessional and unfriendly the workers are at that location. I called Subway corporate and haven’t received a response to this day.

Be sure to check the advertised prices vs what they charge you… I ordered a 1/2 meatball and cheese.. they were sure to count 4 meatballs which only covered half the bread.. the advertised was $5.29 for sandwich ONLY but I was charged $10.48.. I will NOT be going back

Do not ever come and eat here. They take your money, refuses to give you your sandwich, and when ask for a refund, they will lie and ignore you. This middle eastern employee said i can get my refund through the app. I know that’s a lie because that’s what they told me last time and I never got my refund. I told him to do the refund from my phone. He refused and said he doesn’t know how. Asked for a corporate contact number, he just ignored me. They took my money and refused to provide the product, refund, nor the solution. The corporate head quarter really need to reinspect and retrain this store throughly. This kind of nonchalant behavior make people never want to come back here again. 10/12/2027 9 pm

Came in during a lunchtime rush, Marie, the manager was so efficient and quick. Took my order with attention to detail and did it all with a smile. Love their efficiency and work ethic. 11/10 for great service.

Veryyy disrespectful young girl that works there. I guess she was the manager. I placed a mobile order in advance for two foot long sandwiches, only to walk in and see that they weren’t ready. The manager didn’t acknowledge me, so another lady that was restocking the food and bread stopped to wait on me. I told her that I had a mobile order and showed her my phone, so she looked around, but still started making the sandwiches for me. I get to the register and remind that lady that my order was already paid for, and showed her the app to show her that I ordered from them and the order had not been completed. The manager comes up and tells me that my order was already done. I told her that it wasn’t posted in mobile order, and that no one gave it to me when I mentioned it. Her response to me was “You need to ask!” Whooooooo are you talking to ??! And WHERE is your customer service ?! I told her that I DID mention it to the other lady, but apparently there was a language barrier. The other lady walked off, and the Spanish/Latina manager said, “You’re not getting two More sandwiches!” I NEVER asked for more sandwiches! I wanted SAME sandwiches that were JUST made after you guys FAILED to complete my order time. I was late to work dealing with them, and their service is TERRIBLE! If you’re big on respect and someone getting your order right by following “simple” instructions, pleaseee DON’T go here!

I come here for lunch at least twice a week. The ladies are friendly and know exactly how I like my tuna sub. And when I have a sweet tooth, the have fresh chocolate chip cookies. Thank you ladies.

Today is June 22 10:30 am. There are 2 rude women working. First of all they tell you the restroom is not working. If you cannot provide a civilized dine in area that includes restrooms then place a sign in the window that says “we do not care about our dine in customers- we do not provide restrooms for dine in. Second the meatballs were cold No wonder there are bad reviews. These women are rude and do not care. They frown. I know no one in this store cares so I will write a letter to the President of Subway. The restrooms are always closed. They are unprofessional and barely speak english. After I asked them to heat the sandwich they burned it and it was not fit to eat.

Very bad and terrible customer service. I don’t recommend people to go there.Even upon that they did not accept Coupon for discount. When Subway offers coupon for discount how come they can denied to accept those coupon . As per company policy they have to accept the coupon for discount. Also Virginia government allows that if you are full vaccinated you don’t need to wear mask. The lady at the store pushing me to wear the mask. Just to let them know I am already fully vaccinated.

This subway is one of the worst places I’ve been to and it’s appalling. First, they do not accept any coupons or discounts, when you first walk into the store and get to the front of the line, you see a handwritten sign that says “We do not accept coupons or online orders with discounts.” That’s horrible and I’ve never seen that before. Second, one of the workers has a very bad attitude, it is not good to work in a place where you have to interact with people and you have bad people skills. Third, they don’t give a good portion, I had to ask for more lettuce five times because the lady kept putting a pinch of lettuce each time. I did not have a great experience with this store and I do not think I’ll go back. I wish I could give zero stars.
