The fried chicken is good here. It’s crispy and juicy. I enjoyed the pie and spaghetti the most. The spaghetti is different from American spaghetti because there’s a hint of sweetness. Lastly, don’t forget to dunk your chicken in the gravy!

The chicken is amazing! Soft, tender and juicy. Some of the best attributes of fried chicken. We got the 6pcs Spicy Chicken-Joy bucket with 2 sides and 2 drinks for $20 – That’s pretty solid for the price and the taste it offers. However, the service time and CASH ONLY due to a down credit card machine made me rate 4/5. Fried chicken fans have to try this place!

Best fried chicken, no doubt! BUT overpriced! Managers need to train employees to move faster or help each other out. Waiting time is ridiculous! I was watching the guy prepping the chicken when the chicken were done frying. That was the only time he started prepping the chicken to be put in the fryer again. And there were 3 other guys in the back standing around! I mean, help your co-worker or ask for help! It took the guy 10 minutes to have the chickens ready to be put in the fryer! Why not have that done 10 minutes prior to the first batch being done frying so that when it is done, you have it already ready to be put in the fryer at no time! There were 2 other fryers waiting to be loaded with breaded chicken. This is why the waiting time is 30 minutes long! I ordered 16 pcs of original chicken, and they gave me 12 original and 4 spicy one because I will end up waiting for 30-minute more on top of my 20-minute wait. Then, I ordered a spaghetti, the lady cashier asked me what size, I said the family one. She was working 2 cash registers and trying to move fast to get all the orders done since the line is getting longer. Then, I realized right after I went to get my order that she did not ring it up at all. So, no spaghetti; after all of that wait. What a disappointing experience.

The customer was Amazing. Who doesn’t love fried chicken and with a twist I had white rice with some sort of gravy. The pie was a little disappointing…..not really sure why maybe I was to full to appreciate it.

I cannot give this jolibee a 5 star because they made us wait in line and after 15 minutes waiting to get to the cashier she said the wait for any order is 30 minutes. I am sure the workers are trying their best but they should have told us about the wait before we lined up. Fyi they are always busy….30 min wait is not new.

A fast food place I’ve wanted to try ever since seeing others try Jollibee on YouTube. I drive by Concord and saw the Jollibee sign and had to stop. I ordered their spaghetti and chicken joy meal and didn’t have too high of expectations given it’s considered fast food. First bite of the crispy chicken did not disappoint at all and was really good. Better chicken than KFC and Popeyes by a mile! I’m like Popeyes and this chicken joy I had was better! I’ve had lots of fried chicken and this ranks in top 10. The spaghetti was sweet tasting and was good too. Different types of meat mixed in and was a nice combination to the fried chicken. A win for my first Jollibee experience!

I don’t even know where to start this was my 1st time ever having JOLLIEBEE the chicken was perfect thee spaghetti was absolutely delicious the mango pie was amazing the the gravy was so good we almost drank the whole cup !!! I wish they had more locations I’m central Cali but when in bay area I make sure to eat here .
