I came to buy as usual with my coupons and the girl at the counter told me that the owner of Subway doesn’t want to accept Subway coupons?
Soooo, someone explain to me why this is really weird, and the sign is written in Spanish and on paper and they stuck it to the display case.

Completely messed up my order. Even the toppings that were included there was like two onions in the entire sandwich and completely forgot all the sauce and cheese. Worker was also rude and completely ignored me when I showed up for order pickup.

2 Lady spanish was working.
Lady that has more brown skin, heavier one.
She was preparing foods so carelessly. She was putting all veggies on one side and she is using only one hand. I attached pictures how she did and how it is supposed to be. Also she is not using paper wraps to wrap the foods. I asked her to use it. Normally she doesnt using it when she was wrapping foods. She is using only plastic wraps. Which is unhealthy to touch that thing to food.
If I was manager, I will not let this happened. again

Don’t come to this subways before 9pm because they close there doors before 10pm , which on the door it says till 10pm false advertisement or they don’t feel like making money. As you can see in the picture below lady is in there and it’s 9:35pm as I post this

They should be professional and not act rude. They’re very disrespectful to customers. I speak Spanish, and they basically talk down to their customers. I treated them respectfully, but they acted horribly for no reason. It doesn’t make sense.

I was disappointed to learn that they didn’t have the Veggie Delight sub available. As a vegetarian, this is one of the few options I look forward to, and its absence was quite disappointing. While the staff was courteous, the lack of availability significantly impacted my overall experience. I hope this location can ensure that popular vegetarian options like the Veggie Delight are consistently in stock for customers.

All the reviews about the two rude employees aren’t a coincidence. They were very rude to me and were not able to communicate clearly at all. I ordered curbside and when I called they said “we don’t have curbside spaces. Go to the curbside space” and when I tried to get some clarification on what that meant they just kept repeating themselves with an accent I could hardly understand a word of.
Eventually the lady left Subway and went up to my car not to bring be my sandwiches, but just to tell me that she won’t bring me my sandwiches unless I pull up to the curbside space. Wasted so much of both of our time and was rude from start to finish.

I went to this restaurant on the basis that it closes at 11, and when I arrived, it was closed at 10:35. I hope that the working hours will be changed because our time is not free.

Two hispanic employees too much chatting while preparing food and not taking care of customers. Checking at past reviews, there are many of the customers who have been here have the same opinions as me. The owner doesn’t seem to care at all. The store was messy and the product names were not written down when I ordered more than 2 items. The sandwich was also a mess. will never come again
