Got a pb protein crunch bowl, added strawberries and they forgot the strawberries. Not sure how you forget to add one item to a one item order! It was good but was not cold like if the yogurt is kept out at room temp.

Had a bad experience when my online order was unable to be fulfilled. My order had two Acai Bowls that were unable to be made because the store was out of Acai. Not a huge deal, it happens. However, the follow up from management has been disappointing. Even after returning to the location to speak to the manager I haven’t received any update or refund for my order. It has been a couple of weeks since the initial order cancellation.
