I’ve ordered breakfast here twice. The first time was a croissant sandwich in the drive through. It looked and tasted like it had been in someone’s pocket. Two weeks later, I ordered from inside thinking it would be different. First, there are two staff in the back arguing about the register. It took me quite some time to even get thier attention. I finally ordered a breakfast burrito and it was just as bad as my earlier experience. Terrible food and terrible service. But nobody cares anymore, it’s just the expectation.

I order online in hopes of getting a quicker drive thru experience because its always slow, and they can never hear me, which i know is due to the main road.
I use the app also for better deals and better customization.
It is rare that my order is ever made correctly, and this is my second time in a row where my burger was missing every vegetable. Some toppings I’ve paid extra for extra.
Update: So I’ve had 6 incidents now of an instruction issues, went in at one point and 2 of us were standing there waiting to realize we’d been given each other’s orders, and mine was still missing ingredients.
You’d think I’d stop going but at the time I was having preggo cravings for that specific burger patty haha.
The last time I went I was trapped in line for almost an hour, to still get incorrect food, but by then I didnt care to fix the issue, my kids were starving.
Thank God for customer service since I used the app, and was able to get these issues refunded but I’d hope after so many complaints they’d focus on doing something to remedy these issues at the source.

It took 20 mins to get a wopper jr and small fries at 1:00. The crew wasn’t organized and the shift manager seemed confused. The crew didn’t work the stations and kept switching. I’ve tried this location many times and its always the same. I’m done with Burger King. It’s sad to see. I wasn’t the only customer in the store we all waited.

For anyone curious about the new crispy chicken burger. Meh. I was hoping they were trying to compete with Chic Fil A but judging by the tiny, thin, dry patty inside they clearly aren’t. The chicken looked old and it was more crunchy than “crispy” like it was cooked and sat under a heat lamp for a few hours. Which is probably what happened. It was pretty darn salty too. I usually get the original chicken sandwich if I ever visit fast food places. And I’m fine with the price and honestly you get more for that one than with this little sandwich. I almost had to take out the tomato in the middle because it wasn’t ripe and sweet, more of a sour taste. All served on a toaster sweet bun. Over $6 for this burger and it was just “meh” for mediocre.

I just spent $25 ordering through their mobile app and they refuse to give me my food after I showed them confirmation of purchasing items at that location. I spoke to an employee there named Nicole. She said we can’t do anything for you when I asked for their district manager‘s number they refused to give it to me until I pushed and pushed farther with it. Then they gave it to me and they still couldn’t answer the phone. This is the third time I come to this location and it’s the same thing honestly tired of it and the worst customer service ever. I’m an assistant manager at a different place. and this is beyond me. Unacceptable at its finest. You always try to make the customer happy and they just don’t care at this location. I showed them proof of everything and they still refused to make my order right or happy after I told them “so I spent $25 for nothing.” They further tell me “I guess so.”
It’s so not okay and totally unacceptable!

Went there after placing an order on their app. Told them i had a mobil order at the speaker and was just told to pull forward, not asked which order. Then, when i got to the window, he had a random bag of food (presumably for the car behind me) and was asking for money. It took 4 times trying to tell him i placed an order on the app, and already paid before he bothered asking which order i was.

I witnessing a customer return a mold infested buger. I decided to leave after waiting for 20min for someone to ask to take my order. The manager on duty showed no concern for the quality of food nor service corporate HQ should review the work practices of this particular store.

Only 2 other customers when I came in. Drive thru has people going thru regularly, I was greeted as I came through the door, and the employee taking care of me waited patiently while. I decided on my food choice. She even made small talk which was pleasant. I do not frequent Burger King too often any more as they have made a blanket statement of not guaranteeing anything to be nut free. But today I was by myself so no concern for me. Delicious food!!!!
