Employees were very friendly and extremely efficient. Subway is much better than it used to be. You used to get a sub full of toppings and no meat. That’s not the case anymore. Much more meat and cheese added to the subs.

Ordered through the app and paid with credit card. Arrived when order was supposed to be ready and they claimed they never received it. Now I can’t cancel the order or get a refund. Had to wait 30 minutes for manager to arrive only to be told she was not able to help either even though I was able to show her proof that I paid and the order went through. Her advice was for me to dispute the charge with my credit card. Talyssa was the manager on duty. I will not order here again!

Get a receipt, I was over charged. I was charged for a 12″ instead of a 6″. The employee was very nice but obviously inexperienced. I blame the management. Someone should have been supervising. There are so many things on the menu that the only way to get clear pricing is to pull it up online. The new ultimate cheesesteak is good but go light on the garlic spread, it’s garlicky!

Food was good and staff was friendly. The only problem I have is that their foot long subs are advised as 2 for $12. My son and I go in to get 2 and the girl was going to charge is regular price until her co-worker spoke up and told her that they are supposed to be 2 for $12. So the girl says, “Well (insert managers name) said to only give that price if they ask for it.” So I’m like, “Ummmm, no, you have a sign outside that says that.” Needless to say we were given the sale price, but what kind of shady bs is that??? If it wasn’t for that I would give them 5 stars because the staff is really friendly and the food is good.

I’ve gone into this subway many time! It’s always clean and the staff is always friendly. I’ve also ordered through the app. The only complaint I have is whenever I ask/order my sandwich toasted it’s never actually toasted. The bread is always chewy and has no crunch.
