Every time I give this location a try it turns out awful. Got meatball sub . Meatballs weren’t hot , so I told them while I was there . The lady at register opened my sub put gloves on scraped them off with her hands no spoon or anything. Put them in a dish warmed them up . Then slid them back on same sub roll. All the cheese at this point is on top of 1 meatball. Don’t try to contact corp there is a website and says restricted .

I used to come here instead of the subway in Bay Ridge Rd, because they made better sandwich. Now that I came, I order online, I order more olives and more pickles but what I received is a cold bread with 3 tiny tomatoes that don’t even cover the bread, a lot of lettuce and everything I put extra in “more” is as if I said “less”. One is paying well for the sandwich but they prepare it as if they were giving it away. In addition, the attention is horrible, I greet and they do not respond, they speak softly and are not friendly at all. With this rating I don’t want to receive anything in return or a reply message or anything. I just want to leave a review for those who want to visit this place. It is still the best Annapolis subway on Riva Rd, where they prepare the sandwiches very well. Without sparing the ingredients and very delicious.

Bought an ULTIMATE Steak sandwich at this location and got home to find out that they made it with stale, crumbly bread. No excuse for that. 1 Star.

The workers always rush you if you want more than three toppings on your sub. I decided to go after work today and it is ridiculously overpriced for a footlong that used to be $5. $15 for a sub that used to be on the $5 foot long line up with chips and a drink. Before it would have been $9 now it’s $15 and they guilt you into tipping by having a prompt that set for 15% or above on the screen. Yes I did leave a tip. But I think it’s the responsibility of the company to pay their workers more. I am so disappointed in myself for going to Subway today because they have not had any sort of deal for the past several years they could swing a $7 ft long deal if they wanted to they just choose not to because they don’t care about the customers they don’t care about their workers they just care about making their customers care about their workers and making a whole bunch of money. So I will not shop willingly at Subway ever again. And not this location. Do yourself a favor, shop at potbelly down the road. Better food. Better people. Better atmosphere. Better prices. Hands down.

I entered the store at 8:49 pm, their hours say they are open until 9pm. There was a gentleman(customer) who had been in the store for at least 2 minutes. He told me they almost told him they were closed and then he made comments about how he should have locked the door for them. One more person entered after me. We were all out of the store by 9. The ladies there made a comment about wanting to go home too. Last minute customers can suck sometimes but reality is they are open until 9pm. My 8 year old wanted Subway but I got off work at 8:30. I got there as early as I could to give my son what he wanted for dinner. I felt bad about coming so late and planned on leaving a nice tip. But the ladies weren’t friendly, weren’t welcoming, and were actually quite the opposite. I highly doubt I will visit this location again. The sub itself was great but the customer service ruined it.

I placed an order for 2 subs through Postmates for pickup and I was not thrilled with the Subway part of the experience. My friend went inside to retrieve our order and the non-English speaking worker at the front counter would not release my order because it was not me. Come on… How many sub thieves can accurately describe the order and correctly pronounce and spell my name? A worker from the back came out to give the okay to hand over my order. Like many others have stated the rolls were stale and there was a lack of ingredients inside of them. The Veggie Delite was missing 3 ingredients plus the cheese and The Philly had hardly any meat on it. Not worth the aggravation and the prices we are now paying for the opportunity to “Eat Fresh”. The location on Riva Road is a much more pleasant experience hands down.
