For someone in the food service, I think it would be a little more appreciated if Dunkin actually hired people that cared about their job. For my order to get messed up every other time I go is ridiculous, for coffee rising in price time and time again is this took much to ask. Probably will stop going here cause it ain’t getting better I’ll tell you that.

I’ve been going to this location for two years and they haveTerrible service it seems like when the manager is not there these kids don’t wanna move you’ll sit in line for 15 minutes and they still don’t get the Order right! And the kids working there seem to have attitudes! I certainly will not be going there anymore

This place used to be a baker dozen and it was better. This dunking refused to hire my mom over 18 times because she is elderly. But they can’t discriminate. Yesterday we went to get a donut and the creepy manager had the poor employee blocked into the corner she looked so uncomfortable. This place is god awful. The worst dunking I ever went too. Plus it smelled like weed.

Overall the service is fine when taylors not serving… I don’t personally know her but every time I go to that Dunkin it’s an attitude or an eye roll. I accidentally ordered my coffee wrong and simply asked to add caramel to the already made coffee and she snatched it from her employee and rolled her eyes at me.. the other employees are great I’m just not sure what there doing with the new management

It’s a decent location but please please listen to customers. Ordering decaf isn’t just a flippant decision for me and others. If I don’t have decaf I only find out an hour later when my heart is racing like crazy and I feel like I’m going to pass out. I know I can avoid this by making my own coffee but I’d like to still be able to have my ice coffees with your flavors.

I always get a welcome from the staff. Excellent service. Customer service is refreshing and reassuring . If there’s any complaints then stay home and make your own doughnuts. I guarantee you’ll be glad there’s a Duncan doughnuts around ❤️

This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I truly understand customer service and get the frustration, but they forgot about my order. And then when I mentioned it to them, I saw her make my Maple Bacon sandwich and she put like a speck of bacon on my sandwich. When I go to others dunkin’s they’re not afraid to put the bacon on. When I mentioned it to her she gave me attitude about it “well we’re only supposed to put 2 strips of bacon” OKAY, BUT YOU PUT A SPECK OF BACON??? And then they forgot my drink!

This is one of the slowest dunkin donuts i have ever been to. Not only will you wait for for an insane amount of time, you also have to check your orders for accuracy before you leave. You order at the drive thru and then review your order when you pull up to the drive up window. On the other hand the staff is friendly and happy to correct whatever mustakes were made.
