Dunkin employees are in a difficult situation, considering they’re constantly at risk of exposure to Covid and aren’t paid an especially high wage while doing so. Despite these challenges, the staff at this location delivered exceptional service in a clean, organized workspace. They have my sincere appreciation for being so upbeat and professional in these trying times.

They basically never get your order right. This morning I ordered a plain bagel in the bag nothing done to it because they toast them terribly and just slob cream cheese on there. When I opened it to toast it myself it was a lukewarm disaster with a glob of cream cheese right in the middle. I’ve been given “hot” coffees that taste three days old and are stone cold, and I can order the same thing three times and each time it will come out as a completely different order. Will definitely be driving the extra mile to the one closer to the highway from now on.

I have been using this Dunkin Donuts for years. This morning was the final straw. I was at the counter to order a coffee. The person told me she will be right with me. I’m okay with waiting especially now with the higher demand because of the virus, but don’t have a attitude with a customer who wants a coffee. So this is for the small blond with the purple hair. If you don’t want to be there, then stay home and out of the way.

My 1st experience was terrible but since then i’ve learned how to order my coffee to get it the way I like it. (Not every Dunkins is the same..annoying). The wait is usually longer than you’d expect (at least compared to other Dunkins). Pretty friendly people. The drive thru location is not great, luckily i haven’t been stuck with a car trying to backout of their parking spot, especially when there’s a delivery truck.

Personally I’d like to thank Dunkin donuts employees they dont get enough credit not only are they still working but are at the highest risk of the virus (this review was made in 2021 0ct 25 if your wondering of why I bring this up)now time to get to the dirt Dunkin donuts I love there coffee but the food no, its frozen no good for you (I bring this up of your trying to loose weight) do I recommend this place, well yes for the coffee not for the food
