This was my first time coming to this subway snd sadly my last. I walked in after leaving the gym and without me even saying hello the woman behind the counter started to laugh at me and then proceeded to talk in another language. I got my translator app out on my phone to interpret it and discovered they were talking about the type of sandwich I ordered saying they knew I would order the cheapest thing in the menu. At this point I continued to order my sandwich toppings while they were talking about me in their native tongue. I then get to the end before paying show them my phone with what was translated and they instantly started to apologize offering me a free sandwich, saying that they weren’t saying it like that or to be rude. I instantly declined and told them to cancel my order and left. I would suggest no one get food from there

Everytime I order from here via the app this subway location messes up my order, everytime. I can tell you that living in a predominately black area that they get orders from that they intentionally messes up my order. I called today to speak with this restaurant about the sandwich they made which had barely any vegetables. They did not properly make my sandwiches and when I call in to complain they act like they cant communicate properly. Ive had whole orders from this store that had missing items all the time. I always have a issue with this location.

I can conclude by saying that there not only was a lack of veggies but also to add insult to injury that only added a miniscule of mayonnaise. No red onions. All i tasted was the spinach salt and pepper. When I called today the lady with an accent stated she didnt have time to talk because she had customers in line to help.

My sister and I were driving through and stopped to charge our car at the nearby chargers. Went to Subway for a quick bite — So impressed! The place was spotless — counters, tables, floor. The food was clearly freshly prepared, and the women working were super. My sister can’t eat gluten — they made her a beautiful spinach salad! My tuna sub was delicious. Highly recommend this location if you like Subway.

I ordered from there and the cashier yelled at me because I got a cup after I told her the one she gave me had something black in it and I told her I threw it away she proceeded to yell at me and told me I could not get another one incase I paid for a second cup

My Daughter Ordered From This Store & Not Only Did They Not Give Her The Food They Kept Her Money. When She Tried To Get In Touch With Them They Blocked Her Number. They Have Poor Customer Service & I Do Not Recommend This Location!!! Stay Away From This Place No Accountability!!!

First and last time visiting this location. The sign on the door said closes at 830 I got there about 815. I wanted a meatball sub she put it on cheese bread I asked for it to be toasted she stated that she just turned off the toaster and it would take a long time to heat back up so she took my sandwich to the back and stated she would toast it there needless to say I wasn’t happy with that got in my car thought about it and just threw the sandwich away . She seemed very irritated about me even wanting my bread toasted she really needs subway customer service class…That visit was a waste of my time and money.

Look carefully to see if they add cheese… why don’t they add cheese in the last two purchases… that’s my only complaint, they should read what you order online… and not put the ingredients they want… when you order online and go to pick up it’s almost never what you order…

This was my first visit to this location with my guy. First impression, the place is spotless. The gentleman working tonight was mopping with proper signage. The young lady working behind the counter quickly took our order and did a beautiful job and honestly did the best job at making sandwiches of any subway I’ve ever been to. Perfect temp of toasting, perfect amount of items in the sandwich, just absolutely a breath of fresh air in friendly service, proper covid protocol, and we were thankful to be able to sit in their clean dining area. Thank you. A very welcoming experience. We visited at 6:36pm this evening. Staff deserve recognition. Calling the # on my receipt to let their corporate know.

This Subway I gave a rating of 3 because I wanted a meatball sub and they had no meatballs which I understood cause it was close to closing time I did not realize it before I went also the staff were cool and the fixings looked okay so I unfortunately couldn’t get the sub I wanted to see how it was maybe next time.

Owner is very rude. He kept walking away as I was talking to him. Sign on the door said they were closing at 6:00PM. Walk through the door at 5:25PM and they were already closed; false advertisement. Will not be a customer here any more. 2022 and I just started going back to this location. New management and nicer staff (thank goodness).
