Pizza truck at Iron Horse Brewery. My partner and I have been mug club members for years and will always support the brewery. This review has nothing to do with the brewery, rather the pizza company’s employees and business practices. We really don’t appreciate when a business takes our money and gives us a meal that falls short of what had been promised. Tonight was the third time they served us a pizza that was missing 1 of four key ingredients, never any offer of a discount or coupon. After bringing it up to them that it’s hard from a customer standpoint to pay for a menu item that is served incomplete, there was no remorse. They tried to explain that they thought they had enough ingredients when we placed the order. Did not address that they made a mistake. Do better with your customer service. We waited an hour and a half for an incomplete pizza that we were made to pay full price for. The pizza is tasty but barely worth the hassle of not knowing if we’re going to get what we paid for.

Got the chefs special. Turns out they read my mind and made a feta with mushrooms olives thinly sliced artichoke, pesto and chicken with a balsamic glaze drizzle. Normally these pizzas are unbalanced. This one was perfectly balanced. The Pacific crest trail pizza was extremely well balanced. It reminds me of a Big Mac meets spicy pizza. The pickles weren’t overbearing and the shreds of carrot and lettuce only helped it all come together. Even the cheese pizza had Parmesan shreds on it, which helps out. The crust was pretty good on all the pizzas, although I liked the crust on the cheese best as it was the softest of the thin crust Naples styled crusts. Still gets 5 stars. Lots of games and things for kids to do there as well since it’s connected to Dru Bru.

Bomb pizza! The hand-made dough has herbs in it and is delicious! Fully customizable pizzas with topping options for both pizza connoisseurs and regular pizza lovers. My favorite was the Sierra with arugula and prosciutto! They just got new owners so I think is a little different than before.

The pizza toppings are great! The dough is a little over kneaded making the crust slightly tough. Could be just the day ♀️. Still had good flavors! Worth stopping in and grabbing a beer (or root beer) and eating Swiftfired pizza!

Wow! Last nice warm weekend for a while, so we stopped into Dru Bru for some beers after a hike. This pizza place was so delicious. Got the Brussel sprouts pizza with Sriracha honey drizzle which was amazing! Also the prosciutto, white sauce, arugula pizza with balsamic drizzle was so good too.

My first time visiting Swiftfired Pizza Company today. Honestly, this pizza is fantastic. 10/10. The woodfired crust on the personal size handmade pizzas are top notch. The staff is super friendly and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure a great experience. If you were ever going down I 90 this is a must stop location. I’ll be heading back out next weekend from Western Washington just for this great pizza and a beer or two from DruBru.

Food tasted alright to good, just too sweet, but there were only a handful of people around, most weren’t even eating, and yet I still waited almost 40 minutes for a cold pizza. It must have been ready for 10 minutes before they pressed the come and get it button and I walked out there. No idea why they couldn’t have sent it out fresh but won’t be ordering again.

Great fresh toppings, fabulous sauce on a very good crust. Wood fire, brick oven baked for that special finish as well. Plus they are right outside Dru Bru in Cle Elum. We brought our pups with us so Dru Bru brought out a water bowl for them.
