This location is the best. Surprising, since it’s a gas station in Baltimore, but there it is … they’re consistently excellent. That’s why they’re so busy … but not too busy to provide good service

If it’s a decently made sub sandwich for a modest price, this place fits the bill just about every time. The gentleman making the food was efficient and polite. The food has always been consistent from store to store and that’s always a good thing.

The door and the website both say 8 am they open but it’s after 9am it still closed. I have witnessed employees allow people to reach over the counter to but drinks and personal items by the hand washing sink.

I ordered via the app around midnight. They were open. The app said they were open. However when I go in to grab it, they say they didn’t get an order? Apparently the app said they were open, but made the order for 12:30PM the next day. I told the employees to cancel that, as I couldn’t on my end. Ended up having to buy a whole other sub. I emailed corporate, however I’m guessing the owner of this particular subway got back to me. I asked for a full refund, considering it was an app glitch, & I had basically bought 2 subs, but only got one. He ignored me & never gave me a refund. I emailed him twice. It’s not like they made the 2nd sub (at least they shouldn’t since I had notified employees & told them to cancel) At the VERY least, just ignoring somebody is rude.
If you’re looking for 24 hour Subway, just go to Edmonson. Don’t let the area fool you. I’ve never had an issue there. They’re quicker, cleaner, & will actually refund you.

Stop there on a Greyhound bus during a cross-country trip they were open at 1:00 in the morning and I was starving the food was hot he didn’t take a long time making my sandwich and he was nice to me

My boyfriend and I went to subway tonight and got half way home and realized that the sub roll was ridiculously hard. Wasn’t fresh at all. We had to turn all the way back around, once we arrived they only had one more fresh piece of bread and my boyfriend had to get a refund for his sub! No one couldn’t even apologize for the inconvenience, I will never come back to this location again.
