I stopped by after attending the Woodlawn High School farewell for two of our CCBC Upward Bound Catonsville scholars to purchase lunch. I ordered a 6in All American Club on multigrain bread. It was delicious! The staff was fast and friendly. The restaurant was clean and organized. Thank you for providing me with a healthy sub to fill me up!

We bought 3 cookies to go with our meals (we ate in the store). 2 of them were chocolate chip which were great; the other was a white chocolate macadamia which was hard and tasted stale. We walked up and asked for a different one and were told that “we don’t sell stale cookies.”

I’ve been to this Subway many times, but today felt compelled to write a review. They did a cosmetic interior redecoration in this place. Looks much nicer. Today, the young woman who waited on me was so polite and attentive. Possibly the best in person subway experience I’ve ever had. Other than that, it’s a fairly typical Subway, but the cleanliness, appearance, and staff really make this one a cut above.

I live in Indiana and was tasked with ordering food for the reception after my dad’s memorial service at Charlestown in Catonsville, MD. We were going to have someone pick up sandwiches from Costco but it would mean they would not be able to attend the service. I called some other places but received poor customer service. I remembered how much my dad liked Subway. My siblings took him there often. So, I called what I thought was the Subway next to the Giant by Charlestown but apparently I called a different franchise down the road and I’m thankful. I talked to a lovely woman who said she would have the owner contact me ASAP which he did! Peter (P.J.) was patient with me and helpful from beginning to end. He delivered exactly what was ordered and on time. P.J. responded to my texts and answered my questions promptly and provided the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. He really took a load off my shoulders and I am grateful to him. I highly recommend you support his franchise!!!

You have to speak a little louder than normal because of a machine location but it is bearable. They have a sign posted to speak a little louder when ordering.
