The food here is good the service is always good but they cannot add watch how you get charged for the food that you order they overcharged me more than once and I had specifically showed the person where they were wrong and the first time they told me they did not change their prices which is not fair the second time they told me that they had to charge me for something that I did not pay for because it cost more. without you telling a person that before they order it or it being on the menu that is not how business is conducted. Also they speak a majority of Nepali so they might offend you because they will speak the language in your face and behind your back which can be very rude to most people in this country

I ordered the new sliders only to be told what I could and couldn’t have on my sandwich. The guy fixing my sliders told me that I could only have a tomato and one piece of lettuce. I asked for a few others things for my sandwich. He then in a rude manor, motioned for me to read the employee sandwich guide sign by the register. When I said that I will pay to have what I want for my sandwich. He said that I couldn’t do that. I left without buying anything. I will not return. -⭐️

Worst customer service ever. Food prep is inadequate and as usual, no accountability for completely screaming up an order through a 3rd party delivery service. Uber Eats is one of the worst companies in America, very closely aligned with Subway.
