I received a Subway coupon in the mail. I called and asked if they accepted the coupons? The manager said Yes. When I tried to use the coupon, the manager told me my sub was excluded from the coupon. I advised that the coupon does NOT exclude the Sub I ordered. He said they have a sign which further limits the coupon. Too-much trouble for a $1 or $2 discount and not customer-friendly. Recommend go to Jersey Mikes.

The restaurant was clean, and the sub sandwich ingredients were neatly organized for better viewing. The Sandwich Artist was courteous, and she was preparing my 6-inch submarine sandwich with care. By the way, every sub comes with only 2 pieces of napkins.

While I did go in the evening (definitely not during a busy hour), the people working there were kind and actually cheerful. I enjoy seeing employees happy at their job–it speaks to excellent management, especially when it correlates with great food/service.

One star for rudeness. They asked me to pay before they made my food, but then didn’t ask the people who came in behind me to pay first?!?! I guess my tshirt made her think I was to poor to pay for 3 Sandwiches? Excuse me? I will never go back and give them my money for that reason alone! And she knew what she did because I sat down and second and when the next people came in she looked at me uncomfortable.

I was always order online pick up order they never tossed my bread .when I eaten this sandwich I have stomach problems and very unprofessional employees . The employe man is very rude i don’t like this type of attitude again. Again be respectful with your business boss don’t show your power with costumer.

Unfortunately I have not had a pleasant experience at this subway recently. In the past yes. But recently not at all. There is one young lady who works there that is unpleasant and unprofessional. Then recently the service overall has been poor. Then after speaking with the owner I can see why. He was very rude and said he doesn’t care if this location loses business because he has other businesses. Definitely not a business that I would want to give my money. Glad I had this experience so that I could warn others.

I bought a foot long sub today & asked the girl to please wrap both halfs seperately. She says sorry I cant do that because its a footlong not (2) 6 inches. I said its the same sub. I eat here 5 days a week & have NEVER had someone say what you just said to me. She said sorry thats our policy. All I could do was shake my head & say thats the most ridiculous thing Ive ever heard. Wow your location just lost a daily customer & 6 corporate catering orders I place every year over a piece of paper. I refuse to patronize bad customer service.
