Im only giving a 5 star for today febuary 6th and my order and how nice they were very polite and make my simple order as i like it . Fresh green lettuce . Fresh tasting seafood . Soft warm great itailan foot long . All ingredints are perfect but shouldnt they be . Judge at your own visit i havent been here in many months .

I was very disappointed on my trip here the other day. I ordered ahead of time using the app. Usual when I do this my order is ready when I arrive. This time I got there and there were three other customers ordering and nothing in the pickup location so I waited.

All right I tried to be kind about this but after my last few visits I’m very disappointed. First every time I come to this location and ask for 9 grain honey oat I get wheat bread instead. And when I questioned about said bread I am told that this product is what I asked for.

I’ll echo a few other comments that either the manager or owner, a middle-aged woman, is extremely rude and off-putting to the point where I walked out, with my sandwich 3/4 of the way made. She was uncomfortably rude and disparaging to her younger male employee who was obviously new and needed some training, and then she turned her sourness towards me. She told me that I asked for too many vegetables, and that the sandwich could not be made. I was surprised but also not surprised that she decided to be rude to me and lecture me, too. So I looked at the younger employee, told him I felt bad that he worked there, and walked out the door.

Without a doubt the worst Subway I’ve been to. The first thing I did when I went in was show the lady my coupon and ask if they accepted it. She nodded yes. She proceeds to make both my sandwiches and puts ranch on both that I didn’t ask for. Instead of remaking them, she stands there scraping the sauce off both. Then, another lady comes over and squirts a bunch of Chipotle sauce into my sandwich so it’s loaded with the stuff. I get to the cash register and she tells me she can’t take my coupon because it’s ONE DAY expired. And this isn’t the first time I’ve heard of people having issues here. Save your money and go to a different location. The staff here are RUDE and totally incompetent.

No common sense or efficiency here. Create longer lines and wait times for no reason. Why wait 10 minutes standing there for an order that’s clearly ready. Just hand it to the customer and move on, especially if more than one person is working…

As good as the food is, the staff is underpopulated and overwhelmed. Today as of writing this, the man who served me was complaining about a headache, had to deal with multiple jobs because his coworker was late, and didn’t put a glove on when grabbing the inner wrapper of my sandwich. Any other time this would only be mildly annoying, but during the pandemic that 90% of the US thinks is over (for some stupid reason), the headache and bare hand on the inner wrapper really agitated me.

I came In with my sibling and what it appear to be the owner training a new employee was EXTREMELY RUDE. I decided to go for the new Melts, and I asked her if she could melt it before I had the veggies added and she straight up said NO because it was gonna be melted and toasted and it was gonna be “impossible” to open it back up to add the veggies… she puts the sándwich, in a paper bag and into the oven.
