Was ignored by person hiding behind the back counter. When she finally came out she was obviously annoyed we were there. (We were the only ones in there). Ordered one sandwich…small veggie…bread was stale. Will NEVER go to this Subway again. Don’t waste your time or hard earned money at this Subway.

Walked in Subway, Woodbridge Center, Edgewood, MD. I stood there and nobody was behind the counter. I then walked up to the register -side and noticed a young lady eating. I asked her to help me with multiple orders. She asked me to come to the order side and asked me what bread. I wasn’t sure. She rolled her eyes and I looked at her negative faces. Now, was on the phone trying determine what bread for the order-she rolled her eyes. The place was empty-so I didn’t think I had to rush… I was now concerned about her preparing my food. Her attitude was not positive so I walked out. This was the first time I walked in there to order anything. I should have asked for a Manager who probably would have been more professional. Her attitude – believe I interrupted her eating. I know I will never return to that Subway at this location again!

Rude and unacommodating employees. I ordered a sandwich, and the woman behind the counter got an attitude when I asked for peppers, saying she couldn’t put them on after toasting. No one asked me at any point what toppings I wanted. The sandwich had mayo, which I can’t stand. I then asked to get the peppers on the side, and she acted like it was a huge thing I was asking, shaking the serving cups and snarling “I’ll have to put them in these.” The entire interaction was unnecessary and rude.

Placed order through app, when I got there 20 mins later it was not even started on, obviously a new employee who was not trained properly left alone to try and figure it out himself. had to walk away only get a certain amount of time for break and could not wait around for 15mins trying to explain how a sandwich is made that I have gotten dozens of times. Poor management at this location stay away.

Went to this place on Friday at 9:35PM. They close at 10pm. They had nearly everything put away but brought out a few things to try to make my sub. Then they tell me they can’t heat it because they turned the toaster off…then the kid complains because he already shut down the cash register & I wanted to pay with a credit card. If you want to close early lock the doors or hire employees who aren’t to lazy to actually stay open & do their job!
