I order from here all the time and the blond girl with glasses is the ONLY person I trust with making my sandwich! She is so sweet and friendly and even when I order mobile it still comes out as perfectly as it would if I came in person.

Waste of your money. Ordered lunch online and there was a pinch of steak on the sandwich. Unacceptable. Do better. Inflated prices and they don’t even give an acceptable sandwich.

I had been coming to this subway for a very long time and I never been disappointed them I’m right now I went to subway tonight to get a turkey and cheese footlong for dinner the young lady that waited on me was making my sandwich , my food was so soppy and she wasn’t paying attention to what I was telling her to put on my food I will not go back there I’ll take my money somewhere else for better service . The staff needs better training and understanding on how to treat a customer food !!!!

I really like this subway and the owners care for customer service. I would rate a 5 but I have to take account the recent subway refreshing stuff. Sadly while I do like the place, I cannot be purchasing again as thanks to corporate I am now paying the same amount for half the food thanks to thier new “thinner” slices of meat.

Food items, especially the veggies, were completely unsanitary. Cucumbers looked old and lettuce was brown and disgusting looking as if a refresh hadn’t been done in a VERY, VERY long time. Employees were on their phones when we entered the door instead of ensuring food was fresh for serving.

I would like someone from corporate to contact me. I was in the Subway in Edgewood MD today 12/23/2021. I noticed that 2 ladies were handling the cookies (adding fresh cookies etc…) Neither of the ladies we’re wearing gloves. One stepped away to make my sandwich, I said/asked “you guys don’t use gloves to handle the cookies”, she said No we don’t. This is unsanitary, AND we’re in the middle of a pandemic. I will not be visiting this Subway anymore. If they’re not wearing gloves to handle the cookies, what else are they doing that customers can’t see.

I went to this subway for the first time because it was close to get a cheese pizza and the first employee came to me and ask me what I wanted!! Not hello!! Then I ask for cheese pizza and they didn’t have it so she just put a flat bread in the oven without asking me! She prepared the food so poorly I was going to walk out, but I stayed like a dummy! Then another employee came over to correct her and had a attitude! This whole experience made me food taste horrible and unsatisfing! I will never go back and if you want good service don’t go there!

Ok so check this out. I just went there, to grub lunch. Now I’m a contractor I asked the person on the register for the keys for the bathroom so I could wash my hands before ordering any food.
Haha I was denied even though I literally handed teylor a $50 bill!
I don’t know what I want at this moment? I want to be treated as a customer, not be looked down upon.
Now keep in mind I’m not a junky or or a suspension person.
I just took my money back and went to Wendy’s instead.
Who needs subway anyway it’s microwave cheap tasteless food, and the chocked isn’t even real.
No wonder the place is empty!
