As I mentioned before I called twice 4 a cup of ice and requested the sandwich to be cut. They didn’t grant either simple request. The bread was stale and my sandwich tasted mostly of mustard ….where is the mayo? It was cold and gross $25.00 down the drain. That’s Subway

My husband and I are regulars at the Aberdeen Subway and have always appreciated the friendly service from the old team. However, our recent experience with the new closers was disappointing. One server, Aanestie, with shoulder-length black hairs was especially rude and refused to let us dine in—even though it was raining outside and there was still an hour before closing. We had only ordered one six-inch sandwich, which would have taken less than 15 minutes to eat. It was a frustrating experience in a place we used to enjoy. We have had dine in previously at same time. But today it was very bad experience!

Good sub, the lettuce, spinach and tomatoes were nasty looking and not fresh. Told the girl making the sandwich. She said there was nothing she could do about it. Very rude and unhelpful.

So I order a Footlong on the App. It demands u pay immediately and never allows u to Pay on Pickup at the store the way Dominos Pizza & other apps allow.

They chage me $5+ to add on Chips and a drink at the store.

2 young girls working mopoed the floor. Its not even near Closing time. Wets floors are a slip n fall hazard. I could not get to the drink machine or chips rack safely. I had to question them for 7 minutes before 1 girl dried the floor off a bit w the mop. It was still wet where u could slip but at least she made the effort.

The other girl who originally mopped the floor wouldnt do any thing. She created a standoff & refused to correct the situation, her actions or herself.

Ive owned & operated 3 pizza & sub shops and wdve fired her for willful negligence, endangering customers needlessly and refusing to take responsibility for her actions. The rebellious attitude goes against what Great Customer Service is all about.
She is negative & refuses to do her job. She was totally UNWILLING to help & swore “the mop doesnt wring out any better, its soapy.” Its called lazyness.

Yeah, blame it on the mop and not the mopper!!!

Theres no apology & no concern or care for customer safety. You are not a priority at the Aberdeen, MD location.

So of someone slips n falls, theyre at fault for proper safety precautions & willful uncaring negligence & deserve to be sued!!

I visited on 4/17@12pm The Caucasian blonde girl that talks with a lisp is rude and unhelpful I asked a question and she huffed and answered rudely with a smirk . I was thinking she was rude bc of my race but I seen her do it to the Caucasian females behind me . She must be the only one that applied for the position bc I seen other reviews talking about her customer service skills as well. Her behavior is the reason we chose not to eat inside the establishment. I really should’ve taken my business elsewhere! She desperately need training on serving customers bc we are the ones that keep her employed

Lori was amazing !!! She’s so nice and the fact she’s there alone working by herself is awesome! I was there one day when a door dash driver came to get an order Lori let her know nicely she had to show id and this customer went off horribly I felt so bad for her. I didn’t understand why this lady couldn’t just get her license out and call it a day . It was definitely a Karen scene for sure. Lori you rock!!!!!!!! I know I couldn’t work by myself especially when there was 5 people coming in at once also and Lori made those subs like a sub genius. !

Lately its been really bad, when we first moved here it was great! But the last like 3 times have been the employees not listening or giving us the correct order. I just got home with what was supposed to be an artisan Italian with turkey, pepperoni, ham, provolone and marinara. The employee even after being asked if they put on the right bread, said that it was the Artisan Italian…I get home its on herb and cheese so they lied to my face saying they put it on the right bread. We’ve also ordered online and its been awful too, we check when we get home and half the order is messed up.

The female employee you have working there is absolutely nasty to everyone. With a sarcastic smirk on her face the entire time. I’ve talked to other people, and they’ve said the same. Poor customer experience. Arrived prior to 8.30p and we were rushed through the order and didn’t feel welcome to stay to eat our food. Multiple times told that they were closing now. Food prep was wrong and inconsistent with other subway visits. Find other options with employees that understood service.

First off… no more 6 inch wraps and Flatbread???? Bad move. Finally make a decision and the store didn’t have footblong pretzel. Poor management and bad corporate decisions. Servers where not friendly at all. They acted like it was an I convenience that we came in.
