I had an outstanding experience at Cava, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Charlotte along with the entire Front of House team. From the moment I walked in, their friendliness and professionalism immediately stood out. I visit different Cava locations regularly, and the service here is above the bar compared to others. It’s clear this team genuinely cares about the customer experience.
Charlotte went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot a discount issue on my app. Instead of rushing me or making it feel like an inconvenience, she patiently walked me through until we had it sorted out. That level of patience is rare these days, and it made a big impression. The rest of the Front of House staff carried that same energy — warm, attentive, and truly focused on making sure every detail of my order was right.
What really sets this Cava apart is how effortless they make the entire experience feel. Even during busier moments, the team handled everything with calm efficiency and a genuine smile. They don’t just meet expectations; they exceed them in a way that feels authentic and consistent.

Leaha and the entire staff were amazing! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly, and the restaurant was very clean and welcoming.
As I placed my order, everything was prepared fresh, and Leaha even suggested I try the roasted sweet potatoes in my veggie bowl—which turned out to be a great recommendation. The food was delicious, flavorful, and clearly made with care.

Let me start by saying the food is good, however, customer service is lacking. My spouse and I stopped by yesterday to pick up some food and they forgot to include her pita bread with her bowl order. I stopped by again today after work wearing a business suit and placed an order for two bowls. I told the young lady on the food line what happened and I would like an extra pita since we did not receive what were supposed to in our order yesterday. She responded and said that she was not allowed to give extra. I explained this was not extra, as we were short one yesterday. She refused to give me the pita that was owed from the previous day. So I requested to speak with a manager. She said she was the manager. I said look at me, do I look like I am trying to get over for a piece of bread. Since I was talking to a wall, I relented and said never mind. To me, at that point it wasn’t about the bread, but more that she would not accommodate a customer. There’s nothing more I can say for subpar service when you’re paying at least $12-$17 for food.

Anyone who knows me knows that Cava has been one of my favorite places to treat myself to a quick meal for the past several years, but my bowl tonight from VCC location was the best I’ve ever had. Everything felt so insanely fresh despite being around 7pm on a weeknight. The girl in to-go put the perfect ratios of each ingredient (aka: heavy on the garlic dressing!) and I’m just so impressed! Thanks for the best birthday gift xoxoxo!

I’m kinda new to the area and was ordering lunch. I ordered my food at the wrong location. Not even the right store. I was so busy I wasn’t paying attention really.(yes my fault) So when I went in to pick my lunch up I was greeted by Aubrey. After looking into the computer and seeing no order I ran to my car grabbed my phone and that’s when we both realized I ordered at a complete different store/location. With less than about 20 mins left of my break there was no way for me to wait in line to get another order in and eat as the line was growing or for me to get to that location and back in time. (We only get 30 min lunch breaks). I was about to walk away empty handed and just grab a bag of chips and call it a day. Aubrey said to me wait let me finish this order real quick and whip something up real quick. Aubrey was so very helpful that day. The look of stress on my face was probably enough lol. Thank you so much for helping me! It was the best experience I’ve had and will always recommend this location.
