Beware – This subway does not take subway coupons. I spent 10 minutes ordering 3 footlongs and when I presented my coupon she points to the 4 x 4 inch sign on the register that reads they don’t take coupons. This is the first subway I’ve been too that doesn’t take coupons….I should have known something was not right the moment I walked in at 6pm in the evening and I’m the only customer there…

Had been going on a regular basis for two years as it was convenient to my work place. I started ordering online again as a convenience. There was an issue with my online order and I said I was calling customer service. Even though I was off to the side trying to find the customer service website the staff called me nasty from the counter. I left and complained twice online to customer service. Never heard anything back

Absolutely horrible. Ordered online, paid for specific extras, ingredients were not available so they decided to not say anything and substitute at their will. Good thing we checked before eating, as they had put items on that someone in my family was allergic to. Ordered double meat and got half of a normal portion instead. Employees did not seem to care and acted like we were in the wrong.

I just ordered a chicken bacon ranch on tomato basil wrap and it was the best wrap I have ever had from Subway and I have been ordering the same item for a while but this was my first time getting from this location. It was AMAZING!!!!

Terrible customer service. I used to visit on Thursdays afternoon, the ladies that usually work that shift are extremely rude. They were putting the wrong roppings on my sub and when I told them they said that I requested for those toppings when I did not. One of the ladies even called me crazy for correcting her. I made the comment that they were being rude and I might have to change stores to what the lady said; “yes, there are plenty out there to choose from”. I wonder what the franchise owner would think if he heard her say that… anyways, never going back there again.

Worst experience. Purchased a $9 sandwich that tasted half cooked and was denied a refund or an exchange of the sandwich. Literally had to start yelling at the lady in order to get a new sandwich. Customer service is 0 .
