Subway is always my favorite as whichever location you go it is always the same and fresh . In Germantown it’s located inside a complex where there are other restaurants too. Huge parking space is also available.

Came to this place to order special of the day today. Tuesday special is oven roasted chicken which I ordered. The sign states $6.99 plus tax for 6 in sub, drink and chip. At the checked out, the cashier named Esperanza, charged me $8.78. I asked her why that much. She said I have to pay tax. I told her the tax is 6%. Added on the combo, total cost should be only $7.41. She said she does not know. Requested to speak to manager who is not at the site. So folks, check your total to avoid overcharge. This store will be boycotted on my list.

Garbage paid 40$ for delivery did not recieve cookies and milk i paid for pretty much paid 40$ for a 20$ order and refuse to refund has been 11 days still nothing never ordering here again. Im assuming they ran out or something but if you outa stock you dont charge customer full price or atleast refund for missing items bad business.

Nice staff but I have to say terrible management. The ice machine directly in front of the has a bad leak and the floor is always wet… ALWAYS. This is a safety hazard for customers and staff. Do Better!

Wow. It’s Saturday, not even 10pm, it’s 9:50pm… and they are closed. Another person was outside waiting too. The schedule says 10pm and so does it say online. That’s just wrong! Smh.

A foot is 12 inches. So when you advertise a “foot long” you are advertising 12 inches. It’s like me telling a date I have 9 inches but have to give it to you twice. False advertising, dirty countertop. Fresh? Where?

Food was fine, the person who made the sandwich was fine but it wasn’t until after my order was completely fulfilled that I was told that the manager wasn’t accepting any coupons so I could not use my buy one get one free sandwich voucher that should have been perfectly valid. I don’t blame the cashier at all since it’s not their fault. It’s just frustrating since I only went to get lunch for my family there because of the coupon and paid double what was expected. There should be at least a sign out front since our community gets absolutely littered with these Subway coupon flyers every few weeks or so and being one of the few Subways in the area, people would expect to be able to use them there.

I had online ordered a foot long veggie sub with 2 chocolate chip coolies. Order #80F66551-AB. But when my wife went to pickup the order, the lady at the restaurant named Francis told my wide that there were no cookies in the order. When I called the restaurant and gave her my order #, Francis told me that there were no coolies in the order. After talking to her for a few minutes finally she agreed that there were two chocolate chip cookies in the order. I wanted to talk to the store manager, but the store manager was not available. I told her that I would talk to the store manager, Francis rudely told “WHATEVER”. In past this restaurant have messed up my order. But so far I never have complained. But this order was for my kids and they were very upset that they didn’t get cookies. The management of this restaurant really needs training, not because of just this incident. But the staff need to learn general courtesy.

Lady pretty much stole every ingredients she was supposed to make my veggie wrap with. Could not even roll wrap properly. Gave me the worst wrap. Constantly kept saying, oh I just returned from my vacation so don’t know what you need in your wrap. BTW, it was an online order, and I was supposed to just pick it up.
