I ordered dinner on the app consisting of 2 subs, 2 bags of chips, 2 sodas and 2 cookies. Had a friend pick it up as I am sick. He brought it back and they didn’t follow the instructions, didn’t add the chips and the soda was flat. I tried calling 5 or 6 times and went to VM which was full. I will be contacting corporate and informing them of the very poor service. And yes I tipped them 15% so that’s not the reason for lousy service. There are way too many options to pay for expensive poor service!!

Older lady Employees had children (under 7) behind the counter when we arrived. 2 younger girls complained about their job the whole time we were making our sub’s. They got the customer behind us’ order wrong twice because they weren’t listening to him. They had to throw away a whole sub and toasted a sub he didn’t he didnt want to toasted. Rung up cookies they didn’t have. Alot of condiments were not stocked so they had to go to the back to get cookies and other items. When we went to pay the girl told us “man I am so tired of this job.” My 11 year old said “I hate people” I asked her why… “because none of the employees have manners” that’s kinda sad and pathetic!!!

Im usually not a big complainer but the service i got from the man (i dont know his name) was terrible! He doesn’t say hello which isn’t a big deal but when i asked for ham he puts an absurd amount of ham on…one peice drops into the chicken and then puts it on my sub. Burns my sub in the toaster… drenches my sub in sauce…then shoves the sub in my face as I’m paying. I felt so bad for the other worker who clearly didn’t want to be there.

First off let me say the ONLY reason I am giving 4 stars is because of the female who assisted me the other day (can’t remember name but I know it starts with an S)… there was a man in there who made eye contact with me as I walked in and went to place my order and decided to walk away to the back room without acknowledging me looking down into his phone ! Thankfully “S” walked out and immediately started to help me with my order and with exceptional customer service! If it weren’t for her saving the day, my money would forever be spent elsewhere!! Convenience isn’t worth a man making you feel insignificant! Thank you “S” , and from now on I WILL NOT give this subway my money unless you are there to assist me.

Horrible customer service. Showed up at 9:30 to get a sub. The guy said they don’t open till 9:30. Clearly said 9 on the door. The worker is extremely slow and was zoned out staring out the window while my sub was in the cooker beeping saying it’s done. Asked for spinach he gave me an attitude he hasn’t got it out yet because they don’t open untill “9:30”. Won’t ever return to this subway. Horrible spot

The Subway is fine…its Subway, but the manager has absolutely ZERO customer service skills. He never said thank you, tossed us the sandwich…, not slid it or handed it, but tossed it to us. I’m not looking for an over effusive thank you just think a simple thank you would be apprpriate.

Horrible service! The man making my sandwiches was very rude. He did not communicate the entire time even when checking out he did not say a word. I said thank you and he just walked away, absolutely horrible customer service.

Truly horrible customer service. Not only was the manager to busy glaring at his employee the entire time he made my sandwich, her response to have a good day was “yeah whatever”. To be expected out of a punk teenager, not a grown woman.
