I purchased a 6in sub, I ate half of it and seen a piece of hair. Went to the cashier who made my food and she said she will make another, I told her I don’t want to eat from here ever again. Either I need a gift card or my money back.. she refused.. asked her for the manager she told me to come tomorrow didn’t want to give me the managers phone number or anything… both of them were laughing she gave me my money back … not funny.. not cool.. that’s disgusting. Terrible customer service. none of them are wearing hair nets either.

Stay away! this place is incredibly badly run and will steal your money. They canceled my $30 order but never refunded my credit card! I had to mess around for hours going over their head to get my money back. Employees there are rude too! Stay away, go to a different restaurant.

I’ve been going here for years since it’s near my work. People are always friendly and it’s always clean. I gave 3 stars instead of 5 because twice now I have ordered ahead on the app and have not received the ingredients I paid $3 extra for per sandwich. Both times they did not inform me they were out of the added items. Sadly by the time I am able to sit down and eat it’s too late to go over and ask for the items. Spending an extra $3 for add-ons is no problem, but when you don’t put what I paid for on the sandwich it makes it more of a scam. Especially after having this happen multiple times. If you want the items you have to pay extra for on your food make sure you go in and order instead of using the app.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! THEY HAVE ROACHES. When I mentioned it to management, she killed the roach right in front of me. One with common sense would offer a refund. I had to request it myself and state that I would not be eating from here. They refunded me. But it seems as if they didn’t care and are accustomed to serving people with an infestation. DISGUSTING!

I would’ve gave this Subway five stars because the customer service was professional. The establishment is clean however, I asked for a specific type of bread which she did not give me. Therefore I rated this Subway 4 stars. I will return so hopefully I receive the bread I ask for.

Subway has gone downhill. There’s hardly any meat on the sandwiches it’s mostly vegetables. Then I read their tuna fish is not even real it’s fake according to Fox News and their bread has too much sugar in it and it’s not considered real bread a great disappointment I used to go there all the time they also have several lawsuits what a shame
