We ordered 3 subs, one of them a vegetable sub, the other two a roast beef and a chicken terikayi. We received 3 vegetable subs, even though they were labelled correctly and otherwise had the right ingrediatnts. There was literally no chicken on the last sub. Never coming back here again.

DO NOT GO HERE IT YOU HAVE ALLERGIES. My husband went to pick up lunch for us. I have a SEVERE fish allergy, and since tuna is on the menu, I always ask for the sandwich artist to change gloves and the knife used to cut the sandwich. The worker that served my husband refused to change out the knife, insisting that dunking it in a bucket of solution is sufficient. It is not sufficient, as allergen particles can still exist on the knife afterwards and lead to cross contamination. My husband argued with her the proper protocol several times and she still refused. I would call management or corporate, but she did not give my husband a receipt, only contaminated sandwiches. Do not go here.

I don’t know what it is about THIS Subway store but they apparently don’t read the instructions from the app. And for what we pay in taxes and fees and tips a whole extra $10 more than my order you would think they’d get it right! I even asked the delivery guy who told me everything is in the bag… which, it wasn’t and when I called the store, a guy who barely listened to me started talking to another person in another language leaving me hanging on the phone I ended up hanging up due to being ignored. I’ve given this Subway shop another try after a previous incident. Apparently I shouldn’t have. I will leave this same Yelp review.

Been there multiple times but these last two times the staff has been rude, not listening to what you’re ordering & catching an attitude when you repeat the correct order. My wrap was just rolled with everything falling out. Both times I checked out the used the card on my app w/out asking and I was holding a gift card I wanted to use in my hands.

Came in at 12:30 lunchtime 4/26 and received terrible customer service from the clerk working. Heavy set woman with glasses was respectful but the woman working with her hates her job and let’s you know it by treating paying customers like trash.

Do not go to this location, the staff is rude and extremely stingy with every ingredient. These folks are trying to squeeze every penny from every customer and it shows. Sandwiches are short changed on everything from meat to lettuce and even the sauces. They are regularly missing a variety of chips and sodas and the staff is so rude when you asked them to actually give you what you pay for at similar locations. We live in Braemar and go to a further location when we get Subway now. This franchise should be sold or shut down so someone who actually wants to do a good job can step in.
