As the only customer in the store, I wasn’t acknowledged when entering and standing and waiting for 3 minutes as the the woman talked about her different marriages to two different men to another woman in the back, while I was waiting there. She never said I’ll be right with you, instead after ending the conversation she put bread in the oven and waited on it with her back turned, as everyone stood in awkward silence as I continued to stare intently at the menu. Also I’m a black man, and so it could have been a racially motivated response, or the situation may not have had anything to do with me at all based upon their conversation. Either way, I chose to walk out politely and drive home instead. As a paying customer, in times of financial crisis in the US, Subway should have better customer service at this location, as the money I and others spend with the Franchise regularly helps to keep their franchise open and pay their employees salaries. The employees can not afford to be discriminative, racist, or rude, as paying customers have many other options when it comes to spending money for food. As I was leaving the restaurant, no one said a word then either…In retrospect, a simple smile and eye contact could have made a world of difference.

An order was placed online for 2 subs and a meatball protein bowl for pick up at 510, when I walked in the store at 505, the subs had not been started. It took at least 20 mins to make 2 subs. I order extra cheese, worker didn’t add extra cheese until I said something. Didn’t have enough meatballs for my protein bowl- the only thing my young son would eat, couldn’t refund the purchase without calling a manager. All together a very poor experience. It is not hard to make a subway way, it certainly doesn’t take 20 mins when no one else is in the store. I do not recommend ordering from this location at all.

I can’t believe they work really slow, I’ve been waiting for them to make my bread for more than 30 minutes. That is unacceptable, if it’s crowded, I can still wait but the problem here is that the shop is empty and they are still working extremely slow, I had to wait too long for his portion of food. there was also a staff member who carelessly dropped my bread. That’s something I can’t accept!
