Put in order on the subway app and it erased my order! Went inside and could not get the attention of the staff. Apparently according to the app they were out of happy Gillmore cups and turkey for the sandwich of the day. Don’t cgo here if you are hungry!

I have been going to Subway for well over 20 years now. I usually get it a couple times a month. Placed an order here last night through the app at around 6:00 p.m. A 12-inch and a 6 in everything was right on both subs. However both subs were the messiest sloppiest subs I have ever gone from Subway. Both subs had oil and vinegar I’m used to some runoff along the top of the bread. However almost every inch of the outside of the bread was covered in oil. I won’t be ordering from this Subway again I will just stick with the one that’s inside the Pittston Walmart.

Manager was very rude. She had blonde hair. I got the chicken nachos. She told me they are customizable and I was t able to get lettuce on it. I asked for a side of lettuce. She told me no. I asked to buy a side of it and she told me no I have to buy a sandwich. The person I was with was getting a sandwich and asked for a side of lettuce and she said no it’s already on the sandwich. I will be calling corporate. She was very rude!!!

I had recently went in to place an order. Having multiple hoagies orders to figure out, finally managed to say everything to the man and get everything out, handed a coupon to his daughter (who was working alongside her father), and the father flat out told me that “they don’t take coupons anymore.” I would have walked out because Subway, like everything else, is expensive anymore, but he had already started with the order and I didn’t want the food to get thrown away. Walked in hoping to use a coupon to save on money, as well as to give them business, but instead, had gotten cheated out of that and spent almost 3x the amount I had expected. Never even had a sign saying they weren’t even taking coupons. The food isn’t even worth the price anymore. Unless you absolutely require Subway, like your life depends on it, stay away.

We had quite a few people on a bus trip. Many went to other places, but about 10 of us went to Subway. Only one person to make sandwiches, but she was delightful. Very patient and did a great job making some very good sandwiches. Yes it part of a Kwik Stop market, but there was a nice seating area, and it was clean. I’d stop there again!

Horrible customer service, walked in , wasn’t acknowledged by the subway workers, waited for 3 minutes, 1 worker was sorting cheese, and the other was watching. Neither of the ladies even bothered to tell me to give them a minute or nothing of that matter, completely ignored. I’m not asking for a red carpet entrance when u walk in, but at least a greeting would be appreciated. Im not asking for free food or any favors. I’ll take my money and go anywhere else, walk out and never go back. I’ve been to this store a few times, and I’ve had this same experience a couple of times

I wouldn’t normally leave a review for a Subway, but I (completely coincidentally) stopped at this location for gas twice recently during very long drives.
Both times I ended up ordering a sandwich and the same staff member took care of me on each occasion. He was so friendly, outgoing, and had a wonderful positive attitude. If he’s the owner then great job, and if he’s a staff member then he’s a gem.
When you’re in the middle of a very long drive it’s tough to break the monotony, but his positive attitude genuinely rubbed off on me and I left in a much more positive mood than I arrived. I didn’t have cash, there wasn’t an ATM, and unfortunately the Subway register didn’t offer a tip option or I 100% would have left one. I even tried to get him a scratch off on the way out but that was cash only too. I guess a review is the best O can do at this point but I hope he sees it sometime. People who bring that attitude to work really do make other peoples day better!

It truly is one of the most saddening experiences I’ve ever witnessed seeing how my once favorite subway has lost its magic and become no better than your average school lunch cafeteria, it was twice in two days that I have been denied a sandwich because they were only taking mobile orders and on a separate occasions they said we are closing early. These new employees have no will to compete, no dedication, and no loyalty to their customers. I have been coming to this exact subway over the subway in Walmart because the last employees that used to work at subway made the sandwiches with love and truly raised the standard of every other subway I ever went to. This is almost on the same caliber as the fall of Rome for how badly this new generation of workers has tarnished the band and reputation of the great subway I once knew and loved

Today I had quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced at this location. The person working (who claimed to also be the manager) was rude, argumentative, and unprofessional. When I called her out about the issue we were having she was unapologetic and blamed my son for the issue. She was quick to argue and though I was not abusive or disrespectful to her, she found the solution to the issue was to repeatedly shout at me that I needed to leave the store immediately or she was going to call security and have me escorted out of the building. I will never visit this location again and if corporate does not respond to my email I will probably think twice about visiting other locations as well. The way this woman spoke to us and then immediately escalated the situation beyond reason is completely unacceptable.
