The friendliest people with an I can do that for you attitude and they are so fast. I’m in the area sometimes it’s convenient for me. I always leave with a smile and love the familiar faces. I have diabetes and I bring my service dogs with me everywhere I go. When I got to the subway right away two of their employees were using their phones and laughing in front of customers. Not ok. And I started having a really bad low and one of the lady’s kept pestering me about my dogs even after I told her I’m a diabetic and the dogs services me. She had a problem with it but had no choice but to let me eat there. I sat down drank some juice to bring my sugars up and no one even cared to see if I was ok or if I needed any medical help. My dogs did what they needed to do to alert me about my low but I hate this subway. Not very nice people and definitely needs new management and employees.

Hate this subway I went to this one cause the ExxonMobil one had a long line the big lady with the tattoos that works there always has an attitude. She had a problem with me asking for my lettuce and condiments first before putting the deli meat on and then plopped my stuff all on the bread with an attitude. If you don’t like your job find another one don’t take it out on the customers.

The girls inside were mean I saw them bad mouth other employees and customers after they walked out the two girls working night shift deserved to be fired and the sandwich looks like a 3 year old made it horrible service never recommend I’d rather eat food off the floor of walmart

Today I had quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced at this location. The person working (who claimed to also be the manager) was rude, argumentative, and unprofessional. When I called her out about the issue we were having she was unapologetic and blamed my son for the issue. She was quick to argue and though I was not abusive or disrespectful to her, she found the solution to the issue was to repeatedly shout at me that I needed to leave the store immediately or she was going to call security and have me escorted out of the building. I will never visit this location again and if corporate does not respond to my email I will probably think twice about visiting other locations as well. The way this woman spoke to us and then immediately escalated the situation beyond reason is completely unacceptable.

Stopped on Tuesday morning for a few subs to treat myself and a few employees on my way to work. Very rude employee was too busy to wait on me and I happened to be the only one there. I was upset and emailed cooperate about my experience. I gave them the full story Wednesday morning but have yet to get a response. I’m guessing business is so amazing the loss of a $40.00 order means nothing to them. It’s not about the money really it’s about the quality of service.

The worker was very rude and clearly didn’t want to help take care of me and my grandparents when we stopped while traveling. She was very rude as my pap is hard of hearing and wasn’t patient with him at all. I wouldn’t recommend at all if you want good customer service.
