I would give 0 starts if I could. 3 little girls working who had absolutely no idea what they were doing. 2 just standing around while there were people waiting in line. The 1 girl didn’t even know how to make the Subway Club (a signature sandwich) the worker had to ask the customer what was on it. They honestly seemed like they didn’t even know where they were. Should’ve went to St Clair Subway. – March 23 2023 5:20pm

If I could give them 0 stars I would older woman made my sub and was so miserable I asked for a club sandwich, she put 5 olives on my sub and just told me to go when I tried to talk to her she was like get out. Absolutely appalling never going there again

The young woman who waited on me was extremely helpful. I will be back for our family again and hope shes on duty again. I was the only one in the store at the time n told her it was years since I was there. I asked about what I wanted to order due to not taking up her time while I read the boards. She was very cool to work it that way. Asked about a drink selection I had never seen b4. She handed me a small cup to try it. I bought a large flavored water after sampling it. Pomegranate n something. So good. What a nice person she is n my roast beef wrap was delish!!!

If I could give them 0 stars at this point, I would! Many little hiccups in the past year, but today tops it!! Ordered 3 footlongs, chips, and did the delivery. Ended up with no chips, and a USED dirty glove in with the sub. That’s gross to begin with and we are in a pandemic. Worker told us “manager” will figure out situation tomorrow..we didn’t like that response and wanted a call from him right away. Tyler Schell “the manager” called us over an hour later stating that he has a busy life at college, mistakes happen, and didn’t apologize. We told him my autistic brother would like at least like his chips, but he didn’t see why he needed them with his sub. A kid, especially autistic don’t understand..and that little bag of chips was pricey. After all the time of the subs sitting, us being disappointed in the service, and the way we were treated we ended up telling him we were not eating the subs due to the unsanitary conditions and would like a full refund, even if they want the subs back to show them as they were more than welcome to take them back. He offered us ONE free footlong, NO full refund. A an awesome $30 order and he wanted to give us one footlong. We told him we didn’t agree with that and he didn’t believe there was anything wrong with that. When demanded Corporate’s number he told us we can look it up online. I asked him who does he think he is? He laughed and said he we are not welcome at Subway. We should not be required to eat subs that had a dirty glove with them. And who knows if the other one is in there too. We’ve been a loyal customer at that Subway for many many years and NEVER had an issue like this, or was ever treated so poorly, The way he treated that situation was uncalled for and needs to be addressed. Leaving a 17 year old like such “in charge – as manager” is going to sink that ship..he was very ignorant. I was the customer, and wasn’t happy with the dirty glove with the food. Honestly I’m so frustrated over this whole thing, and my little brother even thought it was gross to have a used glove in the sub. I will never give them business again after the way he treated us.

Older woman there is so miserable everytime I order something and my friends and family have said this about her as well. She has no customer service experience and is very rude. She also gives very small portions and when asked for more gets irritated. It is embarassing and a shame that the teenagers there provide far better service than a grown adult woman.

Everytime I come in here when the red hair girl and brown hair girl are working together, they are very rude. They always look at each other and whisper and laugh when I place my order. Also when I tell them I want a little of something they put way more than a little, or if I ask for more of something they put less. They don’t seem like very nice girls. Shouldn’t have people working there that treat there customers like that.

The food tasted like subway food normally does, so that’s a win. However, the bathroom was absolutely shocking, and the employees were mean and seemed angry. I really can’t stress enough how gross the bathroom was, and the open door to such filth that close to food prep just seems…wrong. I stopped here on a road trip to see family. I’ll be sure not to stop again next time I’m out that way.

Service was quick and great, the workers were so friendly and made our food pretty fast, and it tasted so fresh. We’re not locals (unfortunately) but this was probably the best subway we’ve ever been to. 10/10 recommend.

I doordash and also take out and the guy that works there named Cody is the best worker. I do not know his last name but he is the only one that gets very order perfect. Keep up the good work Cody, because of you is why we always order.
