Kudos to the team members and management for such a great work. I had a footlong turkey. It was really good, all the veggies were very fresh and tasty. Fast and friendly service. It’s located inside of a Pilot truck stop, so you may use Pilot’s loyalty points.

Best Subway experience. ⭐️. Service was amazing. I didn’t got her name but she make sure everything that i wanted in my sandwich. I loved the way she made my sandwich. Usually in subway they rush while making. Here the making the sandwiches proper way. Pilot is renovating where i visited but very cleaned store. Full stars from my side to this Subway.

I visit the mill hall subway twice weekly for a meatball sub. Employees seem happy, they smile and greet you. Tonight was not very welcoming with three employees serving customers. The meatball sub was one of the worst I have had. Not sure if they were out of sauce and just trying to push the sub through with no sauce, they didn’t put cheese on the sub I ended up with a dry toasted roll. Very disappointed with my experience tonight.

Someone else said they charged for higher cost sandwich and not to trust them. They charged me 80 cents less than listed price. So that was nice. My only complaint is that I couldn’t use my subway card with money on it because they don’t take the app.

Annabelle had the honors of this review- the Titan turkey I had was made as I asked. Good ingredient flow and her listening to me direct her was perfect. I am always satisfied when a person can make a sandwich FOR me as well as I can make it myself.

This is located inside a truck stop and easy to get to. The employees were polite, and accommodating. The veggies were added as I requested. They had many different customers with many dialects come in while I was there. All treated politely. The seating area was clean and orderly. Nice job to the store!

Ordered a normal sub… then they charged me for one of their specialty subs.
I’m a driver. I eat subway all the time. I know they are purposefully charging me too much.
I didn’t take the sub or pay for it… their loss.

There was a bus load of high school students that was in front of me, about 25, the crew here knocked out their orders with a steady assembly line method. The line was gone and it only took about 10 minutes for all the kids to get their orders. I was the first customer after the students and 3 others behind me and we were all taken care of in a matter of minutes. Great job by this crew.
