I’ve lived in Santa Clarita for a few years now and I have avoided this place strictly judging by outside appearance.

I decided today because I’m tired of eating the same thing everywhere and not finding good teriyaki that I would give this place a shot. I am glad that I did. I ordered a junior spicy chicken teriyaki bowl everything was fresh The sauces were great and even though I just finished eating I can’t wait to try it again. It should be noted I eat very healthy I watch what I eat and I work out regularly.

I feel that this place is a great addition to my fitness and will not mess up any goals that I have as far as muscle and fat loss. Take a look at some of the pictures of my plate.

Food is good but this is the only teriyaki place that nickels and dimes you on any sauce, and when you do pay .75$ for extra sauce, they give you a teaspoon of it (one sauce for a large plate is RIDICULOUS). This is exactly how you lose business for being cheap when we are paying 15+ for a bowl. I hope management sees this.

Teriyaki Madness is a solid choice for quick, flavorful meals. The teriyaki bowls are filling, well seasoned, and prepared fresh. Portions are generous, and the menu offers good variety for both meat and veggie options.

Service is generally fast and efficient, making it a convenient option for a quick lunch or dinner. Overall, a reliable spot when you’re craving teriyaki.

Eating here while traveling on an 18 hour drive was the best choice of the trip. The two gentlemen work were cheerful and helpful. My wife and be indecisive and he helped her get everything she wanted by putting items on the side and offering samples. We were the only ones in the restaurant for a short time and the two staff were talking to each other and seemed to genuinely be enjoyable people. The food was good. We had teriyaki, spicy chicken, and orange chicken. All was well cooked and tasted good. Environment, staff, and food made for an awesome afternoon stop.

You would think that if you’re waiting 20 minutes for some rice, chicken and vegetables that it would at least be hot. The food was not fresh. It had no flavor and I had to tell the cashier not to wipe my bowl with a dirty rag. I would not recommend this place… if you want rice, chicken and vegetables go to Panda Express at least it’s fresh!

This was my first time eating here. The service was awesome! The server brought the food to our table which was a very nice touch. I just had gallbladder surgery and wasn’t sure if I could eat anything but they have plenty to choose from. So I ordered the Grilled chicken breast with brown rice and veggies. It was delicious! I will definitely be eating here again!

Teriyaki Madness is my go-to for a quick and healthy meal. The chicken, rice, and veggie bowl is always fresh, flavorful, and filling. It’s an easy and convenient option when I want something that tastes great and still feels good to eat. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a healthy fast food alternative.

This is a small restaurant, but was exactly what we were looking for! My husband and I both had the Tofu Bowl. He had fried rice and I had teriyaki noodles. They spice, or in my case, no spice, the main dish how you like. The tofu was very good, but my noodles were lukewarm at best. We are from out of the area, but would go again to give it another try.

First of all, I want to say that this is the worst teriyaki madness I have been to . The ice machine didn’t work, so I took a picture of the ice machine filter compartment and posted it. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for months. Who job is that? Clean it, and the ice machine will probably work. And look at the trash that is overflowing. Those few things that i posted should tell you what the kitchen looks like and how they prepare your food. You have to do better teriyaki madness. I’m not going to post the bathroom or kitchen pictures because I don’t want to make people sick. And I don’t think this place deserves a terrible review because back in Indiana, where I’m from, I eat at that place 5 times a week, if not every day. When I tried using my points for a free bowl, the guy at the register had to take my phone to process my free bowl and he took all my points away and I had more than 800 points and he left me with 0. When I complained, he said he couldn’t put my extra points back on, and he didn’t know what happened. I hope management responds to this review because I need to talk to someone before I call corporate office even tho there privately owned. Or I will post the bathroom and other nasty pics of this place. So you, as management, need to respond to this review in the next few days so I can call you or email you.
This place is too good to let it get ruined by workers who haven’t got any business working there. Do better teriyaki madness. I wanted to dine in, but it took 25 minutes for a large bowl, so I had to eat and drive because I was working.wasnt even busy. If management doesn’t respond to this post, I hope everyone will stand behind me and not go there because management doesn’t care. I will post other pictures that I don’t think you need on Google and other sites. I’m leaving it up to you. Thanks for a terrible experience. Negative zero stars….
