We placed an order here an hour early online and when we arrived, the order was not done by the time we were told that it would be. Only two people working, but they were still taking walk-in orders and getting them ready before fulfilling our order that was supposed to have been done. I was forced to wait 30 minutes in the store to get my order and the person behind the counter gave me attitude! I literally watched people walk in, eat, and leave before I got my order placed an hour earlier. I know it’s hard to get anyone to work these days and maybe this one isn’t typically too busy but when customers are walking in while we are waiting for our order that was supposed to be done already and they are getting their orders first, doesn’t seem to be the way it should be done.

Let me start by saying that I have not visited a Subway in a few years now. I am a very picky eater and only ever order a footlong sub with cheese, no meat no veggies, just cheese. On the off chance that they have pizza, I opt for that. My coworker received some coupons in the mail, so we ventured out to get a deal.

Our food tasted great. However, the poor girl, who was great, had no help. There were two other workers in the subway, not caring that there were customers waiting. When it was time to check out the one worker, who was sitting the whole time, checked us out but couldn’t help with putting our subs in the basket. Also the place was VERY dirty, no clean tables and the floors were gross. I work for a restaurant and would never leave a dirty place for customers.

for starts i come to subway very often and today was an absolute disaster. i came in during my 30 minute lunch break and i didn’t can’t help for 5 minutes. they were all talking about laughing and werent making my sandwich. it took the lady Kai, 10 minutes to make my sandwich. andddd they didn’t take my coupon after they sent it to me. i told the lady i wanted a cookie and she didn’t get ring me up for one and the whole situation was very awkward. she didn’t ask me what kind of size i wanted. i also believe it is bad customer service to not say “have a nice day” horrible absolutely horrible experience.

Ordered 2 foot long and one six inch at 1145 on the subway app. The order was suppose to be ready at 1200. It’s now 1230 and still waiting. What’s the point of the app? Workers were unapologetic. Avoid this subway. It’s well worth driving a few more miles for better service elsewhere.
